I have been coming to this location for years. And kim is amazing but the owner is very rude. Because my nail tech Kim is not in today she indicated to me that no one else could do my names because the are scared. I ASKED FOR CLARITY WHAT DO YOU MEAN SCARED. SHE INDICATED THEY ARE SCARED THE MAY MESS UP..BECAUSE MY NORMAL TECHNICIAN KNOWS HOW I LIKE THEM.WHAT IN SAM HELL IS GOING ON HERE. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO INSULTED. THE OWNER REFUSED TO LET ANYONE ELSE DO THEM. AND WALKED AWAY. If you don’t have confidence in your staff then maybe you need so.e new technician. Very disappointing. ALSO WATCH YOUR PRICES. Good pedicures. I had an appointment with MIMI for 10:30, I arrived at 10:16. MiMi was occupied doing someone else’s nails but I made an appointment for 10:30 and was not seen until 10:56. My pedicure was nice however, they had to keep stopping while doing my nails because a customer before me left without paying. Do NOT GET OMBRÉ done by MIMI! MIMI does good shape but TERRIBLE OMBRÉ DOES NOT BLEND and she is rude! I gave a picture to reference. The first picture was black grey and white ombré, After realizing that she could not do the color, (she was practicing the color on three loose nails before trying the color on my nails)I showed her an easier color, just grey and white ombré. I then expressed how I did not think my nails were coming out the way they should have several times and also explained thoroughly how I wanted the nails. I told her which nail of them all that I liked and disliked. Of all ten fingers, I only kinda like 2 of my nails and only 1 of the nails is the ombré that I asked for. I Paid $110 total $65 for sns full set and $45 pedicure. The ombré with black are the first nails I asked for, once I realized she was having trouble with all three colors, I showed her a simpler color. She still couldn’t get it. Both pictures are posted below as well as my horrendous nails I left with. I will never be back. And even after letting her know I was dissatisfied, I asked if I could just get solid grey polish over all my nails because I was dissatisfied with the color and I had an appointment that I had to wait for, I was told I would be charged an extra $10 to paint over these horrible nails. I did not pay the extra $10. I paid the overpriced $110 for hideous nails and left respectfully, I only tipped my pedicure guy. I will never be back!

This place SUCKS! NO Customer service skills. Didn’t advise me how long wait would be. I waited 60mims with no service, no update of service, and then no one was sitting at pedicure station, I thought I was next, but nope. Not one worker or manager said ANYTHING to me about my wait or dissatisfaction. It seemed business made no difference to any one of them. Me Never returning goes without saying, but I’m saying it anyway!

I really liked coming to this nail shop due to the proximity to my home but I won’t be returning for a while and would advise you not to for security reasons. The location isn’t great and my car and another lady’s vehicle were both broken into and the workers admitted to having had their cars broken into as well in the past. I have seen security patrol this complex in the past but none was anywhere to be found even while we waited on the cops to arrive. Visit a different nail shop if you are concerned about your safety because the cost to replace a broken window isn’t worth the nail job.

Positive: Professionalism, QualityLove my nails and she was real understanding about how I wanted them done. Price was the best in town for powder! They don’t check temperatures, make people wash hands, have wavers, and the pedicure chairs aren’t protected like the others. Overall I had a good experience you just have to sanitize yourself after leaving.

I just came for a deluxe pedicure since I’m new to the area and they close by in got my eyebrows done too after seeing a few customers that I liked. They where fast with eyebrows but are bad about trying to Force other services on you like Gel polish design even fake nails .. I wear my own nails get a Mani for maintenance but they were saying some gel stuff with would make my nails stronger it look just like acrylic and it was expensive and you have to use chemical to remove I know I said No at least 5 times to 2 different women I was getting annoyed but the work they did was good ♀️

About two weeks ago I had pedicure and my nails gel and the cost $45.00. I went back this morning (8/01/20) and got the same service and the owner or manager wanted to charge $65.00. I told her that was not the price two weeks ago, I even showed her the transaction on my phone, but she argue and said the price changed a month ago. I told her I got them done two weeks ago, she wasn’t hear’n it. So I paid here $30.00 for the pedicure and walked out. Also, I saw a lady that was before me outside and she was unhappy with the service and will not be going back because of how she argue with the lady about the their prices. Now, ladies there is a nail shop called LUSH NAILS at Camp Creek Plaza right next to Chipotle. The service is awesome, great customer service and a nice atmosphere. Oh, and the nail gel set is only $25.00
