Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis place provided horrible craftsmanship. I arrived at 9 am it took 2 hours for a pedicure trying to service me and two other customers at the same time. I requested gel polish on my feet and hands. My nails turned out horrible it appears the polish was old. The paint job was clunky and thick. The technician left polish in the cuticle area of my nail bed. I shared my concerns with her, she replies it’s because of your natural nail. This cost me $111. This place provided horrible craftsmanship. I arrived at 9 am it took 2 hours for a pedicure trying to service me and two other customers at the same time. I requested gel polish on my feet and hands. My nails turned out horrible it appears the polish was old. The paint job was clunky and thick.
