My daughter got her nails done for the first time yesterday… worst experience ever! I showed them the pic of what she wanted, ask if they can do it and the price! Which was quite expensive… $75!!! But I did it anyway because it’s her first time and wanted it to be something she liked. Midway through the lady says, the shape is $5 more, 3 colors will be another $5… I asked her didn’t I show you the pic beforehand and you told me the price!? It seemed like she just didn’t want to do the design and my daughter started to get upset and was feeling as the lady wouldn’t do the design well… so she opted for one finger of glitter and a sharp V- French for the rest of her fingers. It was so sloppy! The shape of the nail was awful! The nail was way wider than her real nails! And they still charged another $5! At the end of the service the nail tech points to the wall to show me that tips are in cash! Are you for real!? Also every time my daughter would try to show me her nails, the lady would smack her hand and tug on it! I would never ever go here again or recommend anyone else! Total waste of money and time!

I am in awe. I called this nail salon in the nicest way possible asking if they can take off my UV gel, and get a mani. The woman picks up and seriously says “Hi… I don’t know what UV gel you have. Come in person and I’ll see okay thanks bye” and literally hangs up the phone in the rudest way possible…. I mean she could have at least tried or at least not hang up the phone without me even saying okay thanks.

I called to schedule and appointment for 2 ppl. Appointment was booked and confirmed when I arrived at the place they said that they didn’t have our appointment mean while the woman who I spoke with said that she did make it. Horrible way to do business. Unprofessional. Will file a complaint with BBB.

After two days getting my nails done and spending OVER $75, two of my nails fell off!!! And with about 4 nails lifting!! When calling Nail Club, the lady said to go in and get it fixed when I got them done for the my week of celebrations!!! Like, when am I supposed to find time for this?!! MAJOR INCONVENIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! Came in to get my nails done while I was in the area. Sat in the lobby for ten plus minutes before I was greeted. Although this location does not close until 9:30pm I was told that there was no time for anyone to do my nails, I arrived at 3:20pm.

i asked for a full set with gel and she said she didn’t know how to do it but she kept giving me these other options and i went along with it but she couldn’t even take off my old tips properly on top of the fact i told her not to cut my nails under it she paid no attention to what i was telling her. she proceeded to place new nails over my old shaven down acrylic bc she couldn’t get it off i told her to stop and she didn’t. she told me she couldn’t get off my old acrylic when she could plus she kept changing her prices . she doesn’t care about what you ask for and does her own thing. she left me with damage nails , old acrylic and new tips that she cut off in anger jaggered. she was very rude and if i could rate this place no stars i could . she doesn’t deserve to do nails if you can’t take off acrylic
