Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueDO NOT GO HERE!!!!! We saw the previous reviews about getting cut but didn’t think anything of it. Never again. My fiancé went in before me and got a manicure. The nail tech cut him and made him bleed, then laughed and mocked him because he’s a man and she felt like it shouldn’t have hurt him! Anyone would’ve been hurt! He’s a piano player! A paper cut is small but it still hurts! Then they said he couldn’t get a discount for the lady cutting him. This is ridiculous and completely unacceptable! He was generous enough to even pay them. And get this! Before him they cut another customer!? DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! We saw the previous reviews about getting cut but didn’t think anything of it. Never again. My fiancé went in before me and got a manicure. Will not return. I normally come here for my pedicures. I decided to get a manicure and the owner cut me twice on the same finger, do to her watching a patron trying on multiple polishes. If you can not trust the people in the neighbors, move your business elsewhere.

When I say they is (ARE) the best – I mean it!! I had an injured toe nail that was dark and half a nail for nearly 20yrs. They dipped brush in acrylic and filled my toe nail like my hands and I felt like a princess again. It’s been two weeks and I have never felt so lovely. They did such a good job I just have to tell y’all about this hidden gem nail shop. They did me real good.

Thursday June 10, I walked in behind two lady’s that was getting pedicure and manicure they took them to the back when she came back another lady had came in she asked the other lady have she been helped. The lady stated oh she was next ! But how long the wait? They started talking as if they were old friends and disregarded me all together. I visited this nail salon twice. The second time was on this past Saturday. My nails looked horrible. They looked like they were done with children’s glue and the shaping was completely wrong. I called them the next day to tell about my experience and they told me to come back and let them see. I went back and they ended up fixing my nails and afterwards, she apologized. I was satisfied. They aren’t the best, but their shop is always clean and they’re really nice people. I think I’m going to visit again.

For years, I have been going to his nail shop for years. They had different people who were nicer. Recently, I believed they changed their management, and now the service is different. I only came to get my eyebrows down since they had done such a great job. However, I sensed that many of their customers have been complaining about the services with long waits and how the technicians do a customer’s nails the way they want. With that said, the technicians are cold and insensitive. My mother and I got our eyebrows done for mother’s day and the woman was very rude when we asked to not take too much off. She sucked her teeth, and ignored our request. She even was rough doing our nails. Very unprofessional and rude! I will never go back there.

The lady who worked on my nails kept filing them unevenly during the manicure. I had to ask her to do them over several times for them to be filed evenly. The inside of the nail dryer was dirty. Tools weren’t sterilized. The polish wasn’t smooth or applied well and chipped in less than a week. It was my fault for allowing her to continue while already doing a poor job. First and last experience there.

I’m only giving this place 1 star because they do decent pedicures. Overall my experience here was horrible right after I got my nails put on two of them j popped off later that night while I was in the shower. My nails are uneven & shaped incorrectly then it took a high in a half to get my feet done because they only have one person doing pedicures.
