The technicians were very friendly The gel manicures were not consistent looking and the person I brought was not happy. Not even 12 hours later, the $40 manicure peeled off! Now, 18 hours later, I’ve already lost another nail. I was really hoping to visit again and try dip nails but after this, their quality raises concerns. The photo attached is not even 24 hours after the manicure with no manual work done to explain it. I saw the reviews and wanted to have hope, but hopefully this one helps someone save their money.

My nails was a mess my shape was suppose to be square two days later the shape looked oval three of my nails came off she half did my pedicure when I got home my polish was smeared on my toes. She did my nails super fast not knowing my nails would pop off. My nails are so damaged now, I was told by a REAL PROFESSIONAL NAIL TECH not to ever go back to her. I almost caught a infection in my right thumb my skin was so pushed bk and swollen.

Overpriced. Did not give the “full” pedicure but charged for it. Nails did not last at all & came out the wrong color. Staff was also pretty rude. The 1 guy was super nice but the ladies, not friendly. Not to mention I witnessed the one arguing with a customer about how she wanted the length of her nails! She is the customer, she decides! The were pretty but not did not last 2 weeks before a fill in was needed. In fact after about 3 days nails definitely needed to be filled in. I understand wanting a customer to return but not putting nails on correctly to begin with so they have to return so quickly was ridiculous. Then I go back because a nail broke, called and confirmed that they were open till 6pm on Sunday. As I pull up and walk in mall at 5pm, I see everyone from shop leaving out the back door. ” Are you still open? I asked. ” Yes” he said, only to find they were not. Come back next day, tech said “she didn’t understand, it was too soon for nails to be breaking, acrylic should be stronger”. I agreed, told her she should tell the guy that originally did my nails. So she did and as he waked behind my chair, he called me a name in his native language. Needless to say I will not be going back. Although the tech was nice, she did not charge me for repair.
