Critical: ProfessionalismI went for a few months there and always had Henry doing my manicures.I had to drive 40 minutes to the nail studio and I don’t mind, if the service is good.How he did my nails was always great, but it seems, he only understands, what he wants to understand. My last visit was not great at all, because I wanted a different color than all the months before…I choose a purple color and I walked out with red, even though I told him, it’s the wrong color, he didn’t care at all. Also I tried to explain something to him and his answer was ” I don’t care at all how it’s done in Germany. REALLY….a comment like this to a customer ….this is a no go for me! Very unprofessional…you can think that, but saying this out loud….nope, there is too many nail studios around. I went for a few months there and always had Henry doing my manicures.I had to drive 40 minutes to the nail studio and I don’t mind, if the service is good.How he did my nails was always great, but it seems, he only understands, what he wants to understand. Positive: QualityI got a full set and Henry is amazing. He spent a long time making my nails perfect I would highly recommend this Salon and him specifically. He did beautiful work one the designs I wanted and had great taste as to what looked good and what didn’t.

I got the $45 (deluxe) pedicure from Henry, and at first it was no different than any other pedicure. It was relaxing and soothing, but nothing out of the ordinary. He painted my nails and I thought he was done, but NOPE! He was just getting started! My feet were soaked in some sort of hot wax, my feet and legs were massaged with hot rocks, and I was pampered for almost another hour! Hands down the best pedicure that I’ve had in my entire life, and I’ve been to a pretty good bit of the salons in Calhoun County. I am extremely impressed and won’t go anywhere else. I am totally amazed! I will never go ANYWHERE ever again. I got the $45 (deluxe) pedicure from Henry, and at first it was no different than any other pedicure. It was relaxing and soothing, but nothing out of the ordinary. He painted my nails and I thought he was done, but NOPE! He was just getting started!
