I love the service. Super quick and efficient. I’m a college student so you know I need to go to a place that is quick and affordable. This set was a fill in. With the designs included, it was $30. I love it here. I did not have to wait to be attended and I left happy. Will definitely become my regular spot.

This is literally the best nail experience I’ve had recently. They were very patient when I was choosing my color and style(which took a long time) – no rush. I wasn’t sure about the decor so they showed me most of them and let me pick and choose. I don’t have pretty hand but the nail looks so good and cute. Definitely will go again.

So I went here on February 11th, I never had an issues with getting acrylics and I never had any fungal infections or issues before. This is MY FIRST TIME HERE. I had no issues before until now. If you could see, my nails are YELLOW. That is a sign of fungal infection. The nail tech applied gel to my nails and she did not clean the gel around my cuticle bed nor listened to me when I told her that I was LITERALLY BURNING IN THE UV lamp.

They did a decent job on my pedicure but the lady had to do my nail over twice because the shaping was off and the paint job was horrible. Even with redoing my nails they came out messed up.

1st time at nail city and will never go back. The place is so weird. There’s a hype man who just sort of hangs out there (so unclear if he’s an employee or not) offering to get ladies whatever they want. Continually tried to upsell my friend and I to get pedicures, eyebrow wax, etc. – all we wanted were full sets. Owner (Tracy) seems to be the only nail tech and is so sloppy. We were also told over the phone that the price was one thing and they tried to charge double in person. We refused to pay the double and they did back off charging us the original quote on the phone. Regardless, never going back and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I didn’t have a great experience.. My thumb nail looks like it’s been chewed, she originally said 51 dollars while making the appointment, but after everything she charged me $75, while I was there she gave a lower price to someone else for the same service, she did my feet but she just ran her hand across my foot instead of massaging in the liquid she was using, she scraped my foot once w the scraper instead of continuing to scrape, it was a stressful experience. Waste of money. I could have just painted my toes myself also, that’s basically all she did.
