Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI walked out. Terrible service. The gentleman doing my pedicure cut my cuticles dry and did a poor job of shaping the nails. The mail tech doing my hands was incredibly I observant and was on his phone from the moment I sat down. I had to point out to him as the consumer that my previous nails were lifting as he was just about to lay new powder down and no take off the parts that were lifting, then continued to argue with me that my nails were “old”. They were 3.5 weeks old. My nails lift because I’m rough with my hands at work, I expect them to lift but this was my first and last time here, went for the location convenience but learned the hard way I’m better going the distance for a trusted place. Breanna took such care to make sure my nails were exactly what I wanted. I would absolutely recommend going to see her! The rest of the staff was also friendly and pleasant.
