Been going there for years, I did powder dip . Went today found out there are new owners. They don’t do powder dip, so I had to get a gel manicure. Everyone was very nice, and Wilma is still there. Found this location accidentally, there is a dry cleaning next door that I stopped at. Went into nail city and was greeted by everyone.
