I just want to say when they first opened they were nice. I went today to get my nails done after not getting them done for a while and the guy made me leave in TEARS!!! I had a picture of what color I wanted and asked if he could help me find it he did and he put the nails on and I told him I wanted coffin shape and he said r u kidding me!!! The picture u showed me was square I said that’s the color I wanted never said I wanted square shape. And he literally rips my nails off! I started crying and they tried to get me to go to someone else and sit right beside two people who are staring at me I have never been so humiliated in my life!!! Plus their prices are outrageous and they wonder why they can’t get people to come in!!! Customer service is terrible! And I will never be back and don’t recommend anyone going there either!!! This is what I left with! No nails, and in tears!

Love to treat myself to this place for my hair to die. I tried doing it at home, but the monthly sign up is so affordable and who doesn’t like to be pampered. They do a great job, they talk you through everything and it’s just a fun atmosphere. You can’t go wrong giving them a try!

Nail Citi in Grand Central Mall is such a great, relaxing experience! I love to take a break from the daily stress and relax while getting a pedicure here. They also do very beautiful nail designs and Acrylic tips. Many of my friends say they only go to Nail Citi because the technicians are so very friendly! I would highly recommend to give this place a visit. You won’t regret it!

The staff were friendly, the salon is really nicely decorated and the manicure the best I have had, with a lovely hand massage thrown in too. I just tried to get a last minute appointment on a saturday and was put on the cancellation list. To my surprise I got a call within half an hour offering me an appointment! Great Salon!
