this was the worst place I’ve ever been to. It was loud and obnoxious. I paid $68 for a gel pedicure and within the drive home one of my toes nail polish came completely off. I called to try to get it taken care of and they insisted that I come back but when I told them that I was not going to have time to come back that day and have to drive home the next morning before they opened they tried to give me $10 for the inconvenience. I simply said that that wasn’t going to work because it was going to cost at least $40 to get a new pedicure, they argued with me on the phone, raised their voice and was extremely rude. She ended up giving me back $25 which I tipped $20 so was basically pointless. Save your money and go to envy nails, WAY better service and way cheaper.

Don’t get me wrong, the employees are nice, but If you want an expensive manicure or pedicure done poorly but quickly visit this place. They hardly spent time scrubbing my feet and 3 days after the fact my gel nail polish is chipping, something it shouldn’t be doing and doesn’t do when I go elsewhere. For what you pay, you should be getting better than that. I’d look into going somewhere else before wasting your money.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWent there for a manicure with dip.They were so patient with me as it was only my second time going so i wasn’t familiar with there services. My nails look so good, the place is very clean and service is incredible! Will be going back!Update:Happened a little under a month ago and my nails still suffer. I went in to just get my dip removed and a simple clear coat. Paid $20 for them to not even completely remove my dip, there was still evidence and people kept asking why I had glitter nail polish on. The woman who did my nails did not notice that my nails were super fragile from wearing dip for so long and even when I noticeably flinched away cause it was actually hurting, kept going with I believe the wrong tool. this tool Looked like a chisel and i know the machine they use to remove dip is automatic. Was so horrid and my nails suffered greatly. Had to cut them all down to the skin so they would regrow stronger. Know this is not the nail salons fault i just have brittle nails, but I know they should have recognized this and been a tad bit more gentle. My nails are still recovering as the chisel actually made dents in my nails because of how rough she was scraping. Don’t have a current picture but it is bad there is even still evidence of dip on them. This place only cares about how much money you spend and if you do not plan on spending much or are not a regular do not recommend them! Let me start off by first saying don’t go by the prices they have listed. I went in for a fill which is listed at 26 and the gel color which is 12 more That would have come up to 38.00. No because they have TO FILE your nails it’s an extra 9.00. Ridiculous. Also the gal who was doing my nails was doing a terrible job. When I told her that one of my nails was crooked she said it was that way, well no lady, it wasn’t that way when I walked in the door. Also my 6 yr old could have put nail polish on better than she did. Then she had the nerve to say that I was being picky…. WHAT! I just want you to concentrate on doing your job instead of rushing to get to the next client. I would never recommend this business to anyone.
