This is my third time being to this salon and it is a hit or miss. The staff from what I have experienced was nice but has been known to also be rude a times. I went to get a manicure and I was disappointed with what I received. There are not a wide variety of colors and the shaping is not what I wanted at all. They charge for everything that you ask for and wanted $10 for shaping my nails! The shaping was not good and I paid $40 for these nails but I am very upset and will not be coming back again! I do my nails myself and am going to do them from now on after this experience. Please do not come here and I do not recommend this nail salon!!!!!!!

I took my daughter and my sister to get their nails done first, they treated them badly and got them as they wanted they did not take directions they are useless one pays to be treated well no one comes asking for free this is a garbage of service and work do not come to this instead my daughter asked for gel nails and they only painted them

This was my first time going to this nail salon. It’s located in a seemingly lonely and forgotten area of the Dulles Mall since Sears has gone out of business. Still I received one of the best manicures I have ever had here. A guy named Vincent did my nails. I never get anything too fancy, just a gel polish on my natural nails. The thing that amazed me though is that in 2.5 weeks it still has not chipped or cracked compared to other places I have been where my polish would chip after only a few days. I also liked the thickness of the polish because I have very thin nails. I cannot wait to go back. I definitely would recommend this nail salon to anyone living in the Sterling area.

Critical: QualityMy first time at this nail salon today. I was just getting a gel pedicure and the lady told me my feet would be $50 then she doing my feet but she didn’t scrape the dead skin. So I’m like well maybe they do it differently out here and she will do it after. so I ask her is she going to do it then she says oh that’s not included and it’s $5 extra I’m 31 years old never been to a nail shop that the dead skin scrap is not included. The money is not the factor it’s the fact I told you I never been here and you failed to explain your prices never coming back they just irritated me that’s all I didn’t even mind paying the $5 it’s the fact that you won’t even going to offer to remove the dead skin that’s the point of a pedi ugggh that’s all I still have a tip but never ever again.My first time at this nail salon today. Its okay depending on who does your nails.The guy that did mine rushed through with my nails, I needed the acrylic taken off and he didn’t even soak them in acetone. He quickly filed my real nails and they weren’t smooth he didn’t even take the time to smooth my nails out and buff them he rushed through that too. I got a manicure but what he did I could have done at home myself and a better job too. It went by so quickly it was a half-ass job. My nails polish will probably only last 3 days because of the way he did my nails. I won’t be coming back again.

I took my daughter there to get her nails and toe painted. I told the nail tech that the polish he was putting on her nails was old because it looked clumpy. He insisted it was fine but the polish began peeling off by the end of the night. Not even worth going back to have them redo it. Overpriced. Poor quality. Poor customer service. I wish I could add pictures to show just how poorly they did.
