I went there on my birthday and waited 3 whole hours for them to start on me. There was a woman who came in after me and they sat her down before me. when i was finally called over, the woman was nice but barely spoke to me. And the man was very rude and unprofessional. He gave attitude to his customers and made me feel like i was intruding. I also watched him rip a woman’s debit card out of her hand. When i was all done and ready to leave, neither of them said goodbye or have a nice day or anything. very unprofessional and unorganized. it’s been a whole day and my nail polish is already chipping. the woman wasn’t gentle at all with my nails. and i more than likely won’t be given them my time again. my afternoon was waisted. i could’ve done a better job and i don’t have a professional license.

On Jan 5th I booked an appointment for a pedicure on the 6th and received a confirmation email. When I went to my appointment there was a paper in the door saying they’re closed January 1-January 7th and reopen Jan 8th. So it was a complete waste of time.

I feel like I’m intruding when I go in this place. When I show up for my appointment, I’m not greeted and I sit waiting to be acknowledged. My last visit the guy doing my nails seemed so annoyed, and he was moving back and forth between myself and others. I’m fine with him splitting his time, but he rushed my polish so much there was polish all over the skin around my nails. I’ll look for another place to have my occasional manicures.

Three of us had pedicures that were very well done. My sister-in-law had the best manicure she said she’s ever had! We made appointments and were seen promptly. They even fit in one more manicure than we’d scheduled!

I should have known not to go back to Nail Citi to get my acrylics off after my first visit. The shape was terrible after I nicely requested multiple times for them to be different (I fixed them at home). The nail tech used the file so hard that the skin around my nails bled. About two weeks later, he was extremely rough taking my acrylics off. Instead of using the usual liquid/cotton ball/tinfoil that easily/safely removes acrylics, he used tweezers and ripped the acrylics off my nails. This ruined my nails, and made me bleed. It actually ripped a couple of my nails in half, more than halfway down the bed of my nails. Extremely unimpressed, would not recommend.

The gel polish came completely off on 3 nails and was starting to come off on others the day after I had gone after spending 40 dollars to get a fill with a gel polish I was not impressed at all I went back to ask for at least my $10.00 dollars back for the gel the woman insisted she “fix” them. I was not happy at all with my service I received a manicure which included acrylic and a gel polish. The gel polish came completely off on 3 nails and was starting to come off on others the day after I had gone after spending 40 dollars to get a fill with a gel polish I was not impressed at all I went back to ask for at least my $10.00 dollars back for the gel the woman insisted she “fix” them.
