I used to love Nail Circle and have given them many chances. However, I have had 2 very poor experiences that make my not want to go back. First, my nails all peeled after 4 days with a no chip. When I went back, they told me it’s because my skin is too oily (I’ve never had oily skin) and that they’d fix it. They peeled off the bad parts without properly taking it off and then painted over the existing polish, even after I asked them to take the polish off and redo it properly. My nails looked like beans. I asked that they take it off and do it properly. The woman became very upset and sent someone else over to help me. The woman who ended up coming over did well. I went again. This time my thumb nail chipped after 2 days. Again, I went back and showed them a picture of the polish. When she started painting, I told her that the color doesn’t match. She said that after a day, it will change and match and not to worry. When I took a closer look, there is no way it will change, they mixed the colors so they don’t match anymore. I called the salon and the woman argued with me telling me that I should have known the color, when I told her that I did and I showed the tech a picture of the bottle, she told me that “if we aren’t good enough for you, don’t come back”.

This is my go to place. I get a pedicure monthly which I love but there should be more consistent massage. It really depends who you get. Also I noticed my big toes chip after a week but I think that more because of me. I have gotten regular manicure which always look nice, no chip, and most recently dip nails which I loved and lasted for about three weeks. I have paper thin nails and wash my hands and clean a lot. The younger woman next to me told me hers last for five weeks typically.. best salon In Lake zurich for sure.

I can’t explain enough how devastating it was to leave this salon after going there for so many years! It use to be a positive environment with so many friendly faces but all that changed dramatically. They hired new staff members. The last couple times I went, the mail tech who was doing my nails kept looking away while filing. She would be answering calls and looking away at everyone else and not focusing on my nails. They were so crooked and uneven it was ridiculous. I let it go, because some people have their bad days and I figured it was one of those. NOPE. The last time I came, she did the same. I told her to stop because I will not pay for my nails to be uneven. She fixed herself and directed all attention to my nails but was not happy about it. And to top all of this. While my mom and I were ready to pay they would look as I put in my card, waiting for the tip amount to be processed. They would even ask if I had cash for tip. TIPPING is a sum of money customarily given by a customer to certain service sector workers for the service they have performed, in addition to the basic price of the service. This definition was taken directly from the web. I left without tipping because of how mad I was with my couple experiences. I am never going back there. They need to control their staff and manage their time. I am disappointed and disgusted.!!!

I know it was busy time, but whoever did my nails was in such a rush that she didn’t even care if nails will look good. Just wanted to get it done and move on to the next person. I’ve been going to Nail Circle to get dip manicures for years. Most of the time my nails will last 3+ weeks without a single chip or crack (not always the case, but I’ve had good luck lately). They are very accommodating to walk-in’s, but that being said they can get extremely busy at times so plan accordingly if you want to see a specific technician. I recently moved and will definitely miss going to this place!

Went here on the recommendation of a friend. I made an appointment and arrived a few minutes early and was taken right in. I went for a pedicure only because I cannot trim my own. The lady I had Lina she did a wonderful job. He did a very thorough job took her time. I recommend in would go back again.

This was my first visit to Circle Nails. It was a great experience. I had a pedicure and fill. Both nail techs took their time and were both meticulous. Both made sure I was happy through the whole time. I can’t wait to go back!!!
