This place is overrated and definitely not worth the hype. I was referred to this place from a local. This place requires you to set an appointment for all services, no walk-ins. Also, they require you to pay a deposit fee, which was not mentioned at the time I reserved my appointment. Nail design was very basic. I went here for my birthday and expected to be WOW’D based on the person that referred me description of the services. It has not been even 2 weeks and the nail color on my toes are almost completely off. When I can in staff and manager was rude. Just horrible experience. Will not be returning. Honestly just find a different place.

Excellence!!! Not only are they my preferred nail salon I refuse to go elsewhere. I know people who move from Snellville and still drive here. They do the design work, only use quality nail polish, and truly focus on the health of your nails and nail beds. The sanitation is also great and their English proficiency makes it easier for those like me who are not bilingual.

If I could have given them ZERO stars I would. I see why they only have two stars!!!! The store is nasty, everything look old. They are rude and cant do nails well. I ask for a color that’s is used in the “American manicure” she literally looked me in my eyes and said this isn’t American. I wasn’t referring to the origin but what its actual called. I EVEN GOOGLED “American manicure”( which 5000 pic came up of the exact color.) to show her but she could only say this didn’t come from America. It was trash all outside the business. I got my nails done sns she didn’t even know how to do it right she left it chunky I came in the next day to fix them two days later one of my nails popped off I called and she said that I would still have to pay to get all my nails fixed mind you two of my nails broke that same week the fact that they still want me to pay but if they knew how to do their job right I wouldn’t have too
