Nails were not cut for the pedicure or filed evenly at all. The gel manicure didn’t reach to anywhere near my nail bed and chipped and peeled after 3 days. I went back to get a refund and a removal and they don’t do refunds apparently. They tried to use a dirty bowl to remove them with and pulled files out of a dusty used looking file tin. Two other customers there at the same time as me for a mani and pedi also were displeased.

Very kind and caring owners!! I am a caregiver, and my client has been coming here for many years, but now that she is 80+ years old she doesn’t get to come very often but when she does the owner won’t take her money. He does her nails for free! I wish every business was like this one, we would have a much happier world!

Nail tech was great what she did. I walked in and asked for a pedi and full set. I was finished with my pedicure and the guy was working on a manicure of someone who followed in after me. Once he was done, he started working on someone who had shows up way later than me so I ended up leaving because they’re definitely not going in order and I wasn’t about to continue to waste my time.

Worst nail place ever! Over priced and moves entirely too fast! My nail broke within 20mins of leaving. Came back to get it fixed immediately, had to wait an hour just to get it fixed. I was charged 5.00 to fix it when I asked if I could change the color he stated it would be another 30.00 to change the color after paying 43.00 for a fill-in. The prices for gel-polish change states $18-23. I will be contacting the BBB!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI came here to get services done for my birthday, my only birthday request was to get my nails done with my 13 year old daughter and get our eyebrows waxed. Jimmy took care of our nails, and did an amazing job! Showed him a pic of what nail design I wanted and he NAILED IT! My birthday fell on a Sunday this year,and so I was lucky to find that this place is open on Sundays, unlike most nail salons in my area. My husband decided he wanted his eyebrows waxed too! Lol…A+ results on the eyebrows as well.. We all 3 had a great time at Nail Central! I live less than 2 miles from the salon so I will definitely be back! We are all very satisfied with our nails/eyebrows. You’ve just earned a new regular customer! I will definitely be back when it’s time for a fill in and wax! Jimmy took care of our nails, and did an amazing job! Showed him a pic of what nail design I wanted and he NAILED IT! I really left disappointed…asked for ombré on toes and nails and couldn’t be done…felt rushed, unheard and like an inconvenience to them. Tried hard to be polite about mistakes and felt shamed for speaking up…acrylic was lumpy, not smooth and very thick nor formed correctly. Toes had sloppy edges, uneven paint spots and were cut crooked….

I go here off and on. It’s my spot when I’m in a pinch. Its clean and they are friendly. They offer you wine or a soft drink. I have a main place in Charlotte. However I have no complaints, this was a good back up. I kept it simple, nothing fancy. Pretty in Pink
