I have a lot of cuticle and he was very patient getting rid of it. When I sat down he asked me what color I would like. I picked one. Then while he was still filing my nails I said actually I want this one. He chuckled and I said “sorry haha” he replied “don’t worry ! It’s the second time I go in to this place honestly personal service is great but the work is bad I went in for refil less than a week ago 3 of my nails broke already color don’t even match the lady was just in a hurry and did not do her job good I asked for a color I wanted… and she really tried pushing in to a gold color that I did not like I paid for my nails to be refilled not to be set to break in 3 days I don’t think I’ll be going back prices are pretty high my first full set was 87$ and I still tipped her $10 this time was a refil badly done and I got charged 50 and still left a tip not so good I would not recommend

Got Gel X the nail lady basically choose for me and she said it last longer so I got those and I just got them like on the 22 of December and two of them already came off so mad because I paid almost 70 for basically a week just be aware ladies Gel X ain’t it.
