I was deeply disappointed in the service I received today. I was in the salon for a total of 22 min. There was one other customer there the whole time. I wasn’t asked what type of pedicure I wanted. I received no exfoliation on the bottom of my feet. Feet didn’t even get in the water long enough to soften the skin around the toe nails and bottom of feet. The massage was 2 min . When I asked them why I didn’t get any exfoliation she said it costs extra. Then charged me $40. Never going here again. Waste of money

I popped in here because I was in desperate need of a pedi. I was picking up some dog food next door and decided to try it out. I got the deluxe pedi and it was so dreamy. It was so nice i asked if I could pay extra for arm, hand and neck massage. I had the chair in the kneading setting and I was just in heaven! I highly recommend asking for extra massage!!! It was worth it! Ask for May! 🙂

I love this salon, I go here for not only my nails but my eyelashes as well!! Every visit I am more then impressed, today I went in for my birthday set and let me tell you they look amazing!!! I stopped at the nail center in sumner on my way home from work because my regular nail lady was on vacation. I wanted a pedicure and dip powder. The “delux” pedicure was anything but. They didn’t even scrub my feet. They look nice enough and they asked if I wanted a single flower on my big toe and it looks okay. Nails came out fine enough too. But when I went to pay they charged me $124 bucks. I have never paid that kind of money for my nails let alone a mediocre pedicure and dip nail at best. Beware and ask for pricing up front. Total rip off.

Would give a 0 out of five star went in for and eyebrow and the room was being occupied by someone getting eyelash extensions. They had me sit in the last chair for nails and she came out and started waxing me there. Was trying to rush and took off the bottom part of my eyebrow and wax ripped off a layer of skin. To make even she took off half of my other eyebrow to make even. Do NOT Recommend.

I paid $220 for gel nails/toe polish and eyebrow wax…just have 3 of my nails start to lift after a week or so later and unfortunately my work day is too hectic and far away to go there to have them fixedWon’t be back

Took over 2 hours for my mom and girlfriend to get their nails done. They were swapped between 4 seats each and 4 employees as well. They were seated before 7 other people but were the last to be finished. As “regulars” came in the people working on my mom and girlfriend would leave to go take care of the new people with walk-ins. My girlfriend got rounded french tips and in the end she ended up with sharp edges, white paint spots all under her clear coat, glue left all under the bottom of her nails, an uneven white coat, etc.
