Critical: PunctualityMy wife went into the business with an appointment at 10: 00. I dropped her off. It’s 10:43 right now and they still haven’t started on her. If you have a schedule keep to it. This is ridiculous. It shouldn’t take 45 minute in a nail salon to finish one person.

Critical: QualityI’ve been here before and have had no issues. This time I went and was very dissatisfied. She made my left hand squared and my right hand rounded almost like the almond style. And then she cut me on almost all my fingers when filing them. I won’t be going back unfortunately.

This nail salon is the best one I personally have ever been to! They are super friendly and interested in what you want and will do whatever they have to to please you! It is extremely clean also! I’m just super impressed and will go there every time!!! They know what they’re doing!!!
