My nail person was out of country for couple months so I went back to nail care spa. I had Kenny do my nails and I think he did great job. The prices are a little high but I was happy just to get nails done.

I have left two reviews in my life . One for a really great experience at another nail shop and now this. I first came here in 2017 and the service started out great. I returned in 2019 and the service was AWFUL the guy doing my nails was extremely rude and rough. I thought I would give them another chance this weekend since he no longer works there. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! I took my husband and baby since we were already out. The woman doing my husbands pedicure made several rude comments to me and was kind to him. ” you will look better if you get your eye brows done” ” You need to make sure your children have the same dad ( we only have one child and also very inappropriate comment to make) ” etc. She also continued to pressure us about upgrading our services after several no`s. This made the experience very uncomfortable. Lastly, every time I have gotten SNS nails the tech has been BEYOND rude, rough, and appeared to have preconceived notions due to my race. It seems that the workers are all tired and don’t want to be there. There are a few nice people but they’re out shined by the rude staff. I will be taking my dollars elsewhere. The one star is for the nice young gentlemen that did my pedicure and how nice my nails turned out.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI’ve had decent experiences here, but the last visit was horrible. For my SNS nails, the tech sanded down the acrylic instead of soaking it off, which may have been faster for him but unfortunate for me because it left the acrylic dust all over my clothes and bag. (the picture doesn’t due justice to how annoyingly bad it was in person)Then, when applying the dip powder he skipped two layers which weakened the integrity of the nail. The thumb and index finger chipped within 3 days. So disappointed with this experience. For my SNS nails, the tech sanded down the acrylic instead of soaking it off, which may have been faster for him but unfortunate for me because it left the acrylic dust all over my clothes and bag. I visited this shop because my usual shop was super busy, I thought hey it’s only a mani u can’t really mess that up. Peter did my nails and it was cool, until i got Home and washed dishes. The No chip gel polish was chipping and coming off. I went Back a few days later he’s telling me the black polish just does that because my nails are kinda short. So I proceed to ask is the dip better?? He says yes so I ask why was it not an option? He then tells me because of the price people might not wanna pay it. I feel insulted because I’m the type of client that pays for the best service. He still doesn’t offer and continues what he’s doing like he’s bothered by my comments, but I’m bothered by the fact that u think I’m poor, because of what?? My skin? Needless to say I wont be returning again

WORST experience here by far! I wish I could’ve put NO stars. I got my feet done by Linda and she did a HORRIBLE job! She told me to sit down and started to fill up the water for me. She didn’t ask me if the water felt good until she already filled it all the way up. As she’s starts to do my feet let me just say that there was a language barrier between the both of us. However, Linda didn’t know a lick of ENGLISH AT ALL. Why have someone do service at a salon and for them to not be able to speak or understand English. She proceeded to clean my feet and had to ask someone what exactly I wanted done. So she continues and she didn’t clean my feet good at all. Here comes the time for her to get the polish. I asked for 018 and she brings back 016. She then says “016 016” and I told her “no I asked for 018”. This lady here says “ No same color 016. Like why come back with a different color and insist that it was the same thing. Like if you don’t have the color just say that. Anyways It was NOT THE SAME COLOR and for it to be gel polish it chipped in less than a week and I didn’t even go anywhere or did anything for it to chip. So I’m other words the polish was CHEAP. She didn’t coat the polish all the way on my toes as well as she didn’t even paint my pinky toe completely with polish. This is very UNACCEPTABLE! I used to get my nails done here with no problem but after this time I will never go back!

If I could put ZERO I would. I came here with my husband 3 years ago and we had a great experience. Today, not so great. The tech Vinh I believe his name was, was not so nice. He was pretty rough in cutting my cuticles and even cut me. Blamed me for having oily nails, when he should have just told me to wash my hands before starting. Not sure about the sanitation of this place either. Not sure why they keep the utensils in their original sterile packaging, when clearly they are no longer sterile. I had also gotten a pedicure by a lady. She was more into her conversation than she was in actually doing the job. Needless to say, this is the very last time coming here.

Trying to find a new place. This was so NOT worth the money. The lady showed us a menu of services and prices. But she kept pushing the volcano pedicure $60.00. Read the description and said ok. The one below it was $40.00. At the end that didn’t do a few of the task described in the description. I asked the person we paid to see the price list.. that list had a lot of tasked was blacked on his list. I told him that the volcano pedicure was so NOT WORTH THE EXTRA 20.00 if they weren’t going to do all the services. He said well you got the volcano i said yes..i understand but i definitely WON’T EVER GET IT again. In fact i won’t ever go back to this salon.

BEWARE!!! This place charged my card an extra $45 after I left for services they didn’t mention while I was there. I won’t be going back! Make sure you get a copy of your receipt and check your bank statements because they will slip fees in on you that they make no mention of!! If you decide to patronize, you better pay in cash before you get ripped off. I should of went somewhere else after reading all of the other negative reviews but decided to give them a shot anyways because they opened early. They got me once, but never again!

I’m one of those people who don’t mind and will NOT complain about the price of services…as long as the service matches the price. I got the $60 pedi because I work on my feet 10 hours a day so I thoroughly enjoy the massage and pampering of my legs and feet. I came to this place about an hour before closing and was told it wouldn’t be an issue to get the pedi of my choice. Only for the lady to rub my feet ONCE for a total of $80(gel polish upcharge). She burned me with the hot towels AND the hot stones. A lack of care or concern and just disgusting. I’ve gotten the same service at other salons with ZERO issues. I’ve also gotten better service for much cheaper at other places…which I will stick to. Don’t waste your time or money ladies.
