I don’t usually write reviews but I will for this place. I’ve been here a couple times and after a long time of taking a break, I decided to get my nails done again (I was so excited to treat myself). I asked for dip powder on my natural nails. The color I choose was light and sheer (I like natural). However, the work was extremely disappointing. The color on different nails was so inconsistent (I don’t know if it needed another layer – that would’ve great). I tried to speak to someone at the front but no one noticed me. A man that works there noticed I was standing at the front but ignored me. Overrall, please save your money and go somewhere else. $50 is not worth disappointing work 🙁

These nails salons have to stop increasing their prices with mediocre service. Smh. Additional charge to clean cubicles. I did not receive any soap whatsoever during my pedicure. The tech didn’t bother to make the nail shape the same on both my toes. I did not get any lotion or oil on them. As a matter of fact, I don’t recall him touching any part of my actual legs. He barely clean under the toes. And the paint job…Jesus! Smh

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueNail Care and Spa has a great manicurist, her name is Le or Lee, not sure how you spell name. I’ve gone now 4 times in two months. She does an amazing job and takes her time! So much better service and nails are way better than the other two in Arundel mills and one in Columbia I had previously gone to. I now only ask for her. Price is a bit better than the other 4 places but quality of work is superior! Never again. It is so hard to find a decent nail salon in MD. The one star is for the kind attitude I received from my nail tech. But the nails are HORRIBLE. She shaped one hand & not the other, she only put two very thin coats. It looks like I let my husband do my nails. Why didn’t I correct her you ask? Because I shouldn’t have had too and trust me, it wouldn’t have been worth it.

Worst ever! I would not recommend this place. The guy doing my nails was also trying to watch the World Cup on his phone and was totally rude and impatient. He didn’tt ask what shape and kept giving me the wrong color. His attitude and service was extremely poor. One week after getting a full set, I’m having to go elsewhere to get a fill/in. He rushed through putting my nails on and then added an extra $10 because of the length. Remember he never asked me the shape or length I wanted. I never get long nails due to my profession. He got fustrated and begin speaking to his coworkers in his language and whatever he told them they all became very rude to the point on standing over me while someone else finished my nails. I will NEVER enter this place again and don’t even want to step in any other Nail shop run similarly.

I’ve been coming to this nail salon and although I’ve had a couple different people do my nails when my nail tech isn’t available, my favorite has been and always will be Rebecca. She is always quick and thorough, taking great care of nails and is always so kind. She takes pride in her work and her regulars and that is hard to find in a nail technician. I always tell my friends and family that I’ll never go to anyone else as long as Rebecca is at Nail Care & Spa. Go see her, you won’t regret it!
