I’ve never been satisfied with my nails before when I’ve asked for “almond” shape, but Amy knocked it out of the park! She took her time to ensure that all my nails were even and tidy. She was very efficient and I can’t wait to visit again :)**edit** the first time I went, a guy did my nails. They were good but nothing compared to the manicure I received today. The guy got up Multiple times and also took phone calls while also trying to shape my nails. The shape ended up okay but the dip job was soooo thick! He also used far too much time to do personal stuff while my nails soaked and dried out in the pure acetone (he submerged my nails in it instead of doing a foil wrap so my skin dried out majorly as well). He also tried to tell me that the white flecks in my polish was “glitter” but rly it was leftover debris from my nails being filed…. But I will be back. Crystal absolutely NAILED IT! … pun intended. Critical: Punctuality, QualityI got dip plus tips on my fingers. Very kind people but understaffed. Scheduled an appointment and wasn’t serviced until over an hour later. I’m usually very understanding, but if there are not enough workers or time slots available, then a time slot should not be promised. Once my services began, the tips were glued on crooked. The shape was horrendous and I kept having to tell the gentleman to reshape them, and I still had to fix them at home. There was nail glue and hardened powder left under my nails, so every time I touch my hair it gets caught on it. My 2 year old got her nails and toes done in gel, and at the end of the day a few of her nails were already bare again (which I know my kiddo didn’t sit the most still so I understand to an extent). The lady who did her fingers and toes was really nice but I noticed her frustration towards the end, which I understood since my kiddo struggled to keep her nails under the lamp, but she was amazing. So I helped keep her still. Overall, it’s a nice staff and more than willing to help young kiddos to get their fingers and toes done. Maybe I came at a bad time or they were just having a bad day, but I shouldn’t have to tell an experienced nail artist on how to fix the shape of a basic natural nail look.
