I went in with acrylics I had on for four weeks. I booked an appointment for a soak off and a dip powder. When I got there they told me they couldn’t do dip powder (even though I called just that day to ask if they did it). They told me I should just get a fill-in. I let them do that because they said it would be better. I even changed my mind back and he insisted it would be better. Towards the end of the manicure he says he can tell I’ve had them for a long time because they’re lifting and he should have taken them off. He said they would be fine and they would still last (I’m posting this right after leaving so we’ll see). I also asked for a small peach on my ring finger and maybe he misheard me but this design is not at all wanted I wanted or even a style I like. I was in too much of a rush to correct him. The gel manicure was kind of splotchy in spots. Not really noticeable but I paid $60 including tip for an acrylic fill in, gel polish, and design and the end result is not something I like and it’s not what I asked for.

They are very clean on the inside however this isn’t really a great place to go if you just want a regular manicure. They do the regular manicure but there’s no lotion there’s no hot towels and they don’t even have the fans to stick your hands under you will be dried in front of a small fan. The lady that did my eyebrow waxed did a great job though

I been coming here for a while now an I have never been disappointed I especially love the pedicures with hot towel wraps and soothing stones, the staff are friendly and easy to work with I recommend this place if your looking for great services. Ann had great reviews and she has done a great job on nail designs and shapes so I gave it a shot and she did not disappoint, very satisfied with my nails highly recommend her. I had the French manicure and a deluxe pedicure. Those were decent. The service that’s getting one star is the eye lash extensions. I asked for individual lashes. But the lady there was all over the place, going back in forth to work on me and other customers and not taking her time to do the lashes. As a result she had used way to much glue and I barely could see. I had to take them down the next day. I wouldn’t suggest getting eyelashes done over here if you want to keep your vision.
