If I could give zero stars I would. Went for a fill in and I asked her to cut them down and she said no I have to leave them long. And I asked why? I need them shorter, I have a toddler and I would like them shorter. She said it’s too much work for her and she doesn’t want to do it and file them to keep the shape. Umm excuse me? I’m paying you for your services right? We pay extra for cut down right? Then she cut two of them randomly and huffs.. I told her never mind I will go somewhere else. To someone who listens to their clients. And she told me I have to pay $10 for the gel removal and the messed up cut down and partial removal. Umm no u will get $5. Never going back smh. Shame on the girl that sits on the left side at the 2nd desk. First pic is how I went in. 2nd pic is after I left Jackie’s nails. 3rd photo is after I got them done at another salon professional and caring. With no problem filing it down.

The acrylic smell is so strong once you open the door. My sister hated her nails, the guy rushed it and was scared to clean her nails properly and the nail polish was sloppy. I faired a little bit better but not much. There was only one working nail dryer and a fan, because of this i ended up smudging my nail. Went to try and get it fixed, guy (who was doing nothing) told me i had to wait for the lady who literally just started doing someone elses nails. I left and went some where else to have my nails repainted. Wont be going back.

Always busy, come early and wait outside to be first and not be in there all day. Best Lashes, easy to come off. The older guy is great for nails and feet. Always put your name on the list for lashes even while your getting other treatment, she will take you as soon as your done.

Waited one morning for them to open and they were late. Then they took their sweet time setting up and ignored me and the other patrons. I only stayed because I knew if I left after all that time I’d just end up havig to wait at another salon. I had a pedi done that was painful because the tech cut my cuticles too far back on both of my big toes and my fill in was mediocre at best. I wanted the best nail tech in there to do my nails, but she had several people in there waiting for her so I let someone else do it. Never went back. never will.

Ive been coming here since i was 14 & am over 30 now their the only one that can do my nails properly expectly Kevin with my feet but when their busy their busy i have to go there on my day off if its before work i wouldnt get my nails done on time for work when i get my nails done i dont have to go there until 1 month time i wouldnt change them for the world just more cooperation is needed i give them 5 stars because ive been going there for decades and their good @ their job.
