Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went in to get a refill on my gel acrylics and they cut me while filling. I tried to tell him what I wanted at first he was on his phone and ignored what I told him so I had to repeat myself. Then after going home and seeing that they were all messed up I called and asked to get them fixed when I went in the explained that my two hands and the size of my nails were completely different and he didn’t ask me how short just filled down. So I asked can I get them fixed the color is not right the painting is all over my skin and needed another coat of polish because it was see through. They wouldn’t give me a refund of my 38$ I spent on a FILL IN when my full set was 38$!! After I asked for a refund or and new set he started to raise his voice and then the wife said smerky comments under her breathe! NEVER GO THERE! Used to be PRO NAILS they changed owners I guess? I personally had a bad experience and their prices are so high! I had a lady and she did not do a good job on my nails. I also got a pedicure with a white tip and black line SHE CHARGED ME EXTRA FOR THE BLACK LINE!!! I was mad because she used less polish than if o had just got a solid color!!! Pro nails never did that bc it was less to do that then a whole color. Sorry this place has gone down hill … time for me to look for another nail salon … anyone have any recommendations!??
