I kept giving this place many chances but every year it gets worse on their service and appointments logic. They book you for a certain time and you still need to wait a long, long time once you get there. Also the workers got a bad attitude especially Adela who is the only lady who does “a decent”pedicure. She has become very arrogant and unpleasant. Perhaps is because people overrated her.

I took my 10 year old and myself to this shop, as soon as we walked in asked for a mani and paid they seemed bothered, knowing they were gonna do my daughter’s nails The older lady was fake filing my daughter’s nails. Then she finished with her swept over my daughter’s nails and messed up her toe nails. That older lady is rude and disrespectful. The other younger girl was rushing with me and had the owner finish with me. She also was horrible. My nails didn’t last one week. I will never in my entire life go to this shop. HORRIBLE BUSINESS

Only person who does a good job is the guy. Other than that, its money thrown out the window. Got a no chip mani and in 5 days had 4 nails chipped and broken. Return to get fixed and owner suggests I do all nails over as she points out half of them have chipped. I showed her how I was there less than a week before and I shouldnt have to repay for their bad work. She just laughed!!! “Fixed” my nails which were again broken the next day! Guess since she wasn’t making any money off fixing their poor work, she didn’t even bother to clean off the extra polish from my nails after painting them. Needless to say, I’ve learned my lesson. Do not spend money unless the guy can service me!!! To be honest, I don’t even want to spend another dollar at this shop just because of how they handled this situation.

I come to this place because it’s close to my house and it’s open till 8. I’ve tried so many times to love it but its just convenient for me since I get out of work most days at 6:30 pm. First, the color selection for the dip powder is very limited. Secondly, this is the 2nd time I get a dip manicure here that they only do 2 coats instead of 3. It’s only been 4 days since I got my manicure and I already have 3 chipped nails. I chipped my thumb the day after just getting my phone out of my pocket, chipped the other thumb the next day zipping up my jacket, and today I chipped my index finger while putting gas in my car. I work 2 jobs and haven’t had the time to go back to get them fixed but I don’t think I’ll be going back after this. The staff is usually nice for the most part but other times you’ll have one person doing your nails and then they’ll have you switch stations in the middle of your manicure and hand you off to someone else. Pedicure wise I’ve never been disappointed thankfully, but be prepared to someone at least 2+ hours there at least.
