Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueTried the dip for the first time. Asked for round but looks like almonds to me, pointy. Got them done on a Sunday morning 4 days later my pointy nail cracked. None of my nails were smooth. You can see the bump where the extention was added on each nail. I called Friday to get my nail fix. They had availability but I was unable to go until Tuesday 12/21. They took me in I asked to get all my nails removed, I did tell them that it was less than a week when my nail broke. I told them that my nails were pointy and not round, didn’t seem to care. No apology nor anything.. at that point I did not get friendly vibe after that. Charge me $10 to get them remove and they didn’t add anything to my nails after removing them. This place is a disaster!!!!!! Needs a deep cleaning ASAP! My service was just ok. As I was being worked on I noticed dust and nail debris everywhere. Large box’s and unfolded towels everywhere. What a mess. This is while employees are sitting around on their phones.
