Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThere service is absolutely horrible. I went to do my nails there and I showed the ladies there a video and a picture of what I wanted. The worker told me that she cut my nails too short and when I told her to fix it she said that it doesn’t matter and proceeded to do my nails. I let her finish my nails until the end because she said that the end result will be what I wanted. After she finished she didn’t do anything that I asked her for and she called a different lady to do it for me. The lady came up to me and told me in my face that I was a lier and that I didn’t show the first worker what I wanted, when I completed did. I asked for them to remove what they have done for me and said no no I’ll do you a French look, but that isn’t what I wanted at all, she told me that she will take them off but I will still need to pay. I payed the lady and left but I was absolutely disappointed with this nail place. I WILL NEVER GO HERE EVER AGIAN. Another thing that happened is that the lady used the same nail products on me as she did with the people she did pedicures on, which was very disgusting and this is not a place that I would go to again.Services: Nail art, Acrylic nails, ManicureThere service is absolutely horrible. There service is absolutely horrible. I went to do my nails there and I showed the ladies there a video and a picture of what I wanted. The worker told me that she cut my nails too short and when I told her to fix it she said that it doesn’t matter and proceeded to do my nails. She ignored me and said it’s too late for her to fix Bc it was already dry. She brought the manager over and the manger called me a liar and told me I needed to pay .
