By far the worst place I’ve been to. It took 1 1/2 hours for my pedicure where in the first 5 minutes, the tech cut FOUR of my toes (resulting in bleeding). Moving on to my manicure, I wanted them short and they refused to do so. I tried to explain I need them short to perform surgery and they still refused. They ended up filing ONE down so short they filed my skin and I proceeded to bleed. That makes 2 different people to make me bleed. I will NEVER be going back.

I’m very torn about leaving this review because the customer service at this salon is wonderful. The staff is very kind, clean, and professional. They also always sanitize their tools and stations. However, their no chip and dip manicures don’t last anywhere near as long as they should.

I got acrylic set the lady put way too much glue and I got burned with the green electric file a few times the shape is rounded out. She definitely rushed when litterally no one was there. And idk if it was the primer she put on my nail but my cuticle was BURNING. Just another chop shop wanting you out as soon as possible. Most likely just coming again for the pedi it was ok

My acrylic full set came out exactly as the picture I showed, and my nail tech was nice and professional, and took his time to make my set how I wanted it. Had have great service for the last two years that I have been coming here. The problem is that their polish doesn’t last as long as it should. No chip lasts 5 days abs pedicure less than 2 weeks. I started bringing my own nail polish and top coat and those do last solid 2-3 weeks. I feel like they are watering down their products. Looking for a new place.

Very rude because they had a lot of people come in when we were there. (Even though we had appointments set up.) Didn’t do what my sister wanted and these were her wedding nails, they looked very bad and complained to her that they didn’t have time to redo.. and when my sister wanted to leave and take off the nails they became nice and said they’ll redo them??? But she left. Also my moms nails and mine had the dip done and they completely ruined our nails by filing them down so much with the electric filing tool that another salon told me my nails are uneven and fragile (and whoever did the dip nails did them wrong). Oh and the woman assisting me made me bleed five times and blamed me for the nails and skin. Also they had dead bugs all over the floor. Overall a bad experience and won’t be back. *** This was months ago, in September****
