Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismThis place is awful. I recently went in with beautiful, healthy nails. Over a week later had a raging fungus infection. A man did my nails and used a cone shaped wide instrument and filed UNDER my nails. He separated my nail from my nail bed. It hurt badly at the time. I am treating conservatively with an anti fungal cream hoping they will heal. When I took the gel off my fingernails were literally peeing off. They were red, yellow and white under the nail bed ( see photos). Their place is dirty, they do not autoclave their instruments but instead dip them in alcohol and only for a brief time if even that. DO NOT RISK YOUR HEALTH BY HAVING THESE PEOPLE DO YOUR NAILS. I am hoping I do not need oral anti- fungal meds- only time will tell. I will drive the distance to get my nails done if and when I am ever able to again. Horrible place. The workers are not very friendly either. Talk around you- not to you.Update-My nails are still healing 7 months later. I ended up on antibiotics and and anti fungal oral medicine (which is hard on your liver). This place is awful. I recently went in with beautiful, healthy nails. Over a week later had a raging fungus infection. A man did my nails and used a cone shaped wide instrument and filed UNDER my nails. He separated my nail from my nail bed. It hurt badly at the time. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI have been a long time customer at Nail Care, getting close to probably 30 acrylic sets done here. They used to be really great and professional. However, lately they have been extremely rude, unprofessional, and the nails are not done well. They often overbook themselves or work people in but are then too rushed to do a good job on your nails (even if you were responsible enough to have made an appointment). I can’t speak much to the quality of pedicures as I often don’t get them, but the nails are definitely not worth the price. Also, they often have their kids running around, which isn’t much of an issue, but can be extremely unprofessional when the kids are running around and screaming. The salon is also often messy, as kids toys are often strewn everywhere. After the last few times of unsatisfactory nail care, I will no longer give this place my business. I have been a long time customer at Nail Care, getting close to probably 30 acrylic sets done here. They used to be really great and professional. However, lately they have been extremely rude, unprofessional, and the nails are not done well. They often overbook themselves or work people in but are then too rushed to do a good job on your nails (even if you were responsible enough to have made an appointment).
