Mrs. Lisa has did my nails a few times. And I r3ally liked her work. I visited her yesterday and out of nowhere she tells me I always complain about my nail length. Me telling you I want them short is not a complaint. That’s just what I want. Then she dug her nail into my skin. I would never do these to someone. Blood came out. I feel so bad. MY feelings are really hurt. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I gave this place a 3 because they do what all nail shops do. Talk about you in their own language because they think you can’t understand what they are saying. I downloaded a translation app to understand them. The older lady that did my nails was talking about me because I didn’t want my real nails cut down and I didn’t want them even! They even spoke about the other lady nails they talked her into a extra service like a car salesman. The end result? I loved my nails but they took forever and the talking about their clients must go! They should be ashamed

This nail shop is the worst! There is only two people that work in there. Today, June 28 I was the second customer with no one else waiting to get a manicure and pedicure and I still had to wait. The two of them were working on the first customer. I waited about 10 mins. before asking how long would I have to wait and I was told 30 mins. I don’t understand the long wait. I’ve gone there in the past and the wait is ridiculous! I keep trying because I like their pedicures but today was it…no more!
