This was an excellent experience with both Ms. Tina and Ms. Tammy. I got a pedicure and manicure and they were both very detailed and took their time in performing the service. I was a little hesitant to come here because of some of the reviews, but was pleasantly surprised! The wait was around 30ish minutes, but when they only accept walk-ins, that is to be expected. I came in for a fill in after going somewhere else and being very unhappy with my nails. The nail tech really took the time to shape my nails the way I wanted them done and made sure I liked the color before continuing on to the rest of my nails. Will have to try out their pedicure service next time to see if I’ve found a new one-stop shop in case my go-to nail tech isn’t available.

The owner of this shop could careless how long you wait. Many times I went in just for sns nails. If you were having a pedicure and nails, they took them before you. Regardless if I’d already Helen waiting for hours. They got both services, and leave. Guess what I am still waiting 2 hours later. I had it out with this owner over this. Its happened time and time. Unless you got 4 hours. Go somewhere else.

I went to this place and was hoping I would not get the blond lady and of course I got her. I had her before and was very dissatisfied and swore I’d never go back, but I really needed a pedi. She spent 10 minutes on my toes and 15 on lotions my legs. My toes are awful. She LIGHTLY cut and filed my nails. And, working on caluses was a joke. Here again she LIGHTLY did them and really didnt even do both feet and heels.Then when she polished them, two coats on my big toe and one coat on the rest and it looks like I let a child put it on for me. And, the worse part is, her fingernails are dirty and she doesn’t wear gloves. heels. So upset. There is no sense in this and why hasn’t the owner noticed her work begore.

I have been coming here for well over a year now. I always get a pedicure and my nails done. I just recently had the acrylic removed and was getting just gel polish. This past Friday I went got a pedicure and gel polish on my nails. I got pink and black by Saturday morning it was chipping off. I went back today to get them fixed. I didn’t want the same polish as it came off a day later. So I asked for a cream color. They told me I would have to pay 10 dollar’s for a different color. I just spent 90 dollars 3 days ago. I am not happy at all. I do not think that’s right. Especially since I spent so much money and it came off the next day. Putting a different color shouldn’t have been an issue.

I love coming here been coming here almost three years, but here so lately I’m thinking of finding another nail shop. This past year it’s always a long wait. There are only three people that does nails but most of the time they doing pedicures because I believe their short staffed on folks that does the pedicures. They don’t do appointments anymore so the wait be almost an hour. I be mad but I wait but I believe it’s time to find another shop.
