As always my visit today was more than satisfactory. Due to illness I was unable to make my last two appointments so I really needed a lot of work done on my nails – both hands and feet. And as usual Wendy and Bill took all the extra time and steps necessary to get them back to being presentable again. I am very pleased with their service and would highly recommend Nail Care 1 to all who desire a competent and friendly experience.

My appointment was at 4. In the time it took me to pick a color they were ready for me. Very pleased with the results. It is not easy to paint short nails.

I really wanted to like this nail salon because there arent any this close to my home. The people were very friendly and the salon itself was very clean. With that being said my nail sizing is off, they are VERY thin, it took forever, and there are bubbles in the polish. HOWEVER, I was a last minute walk-in. I’m not sure if that was a reason for the issues or if it was just a bad day. I’m not going back, and i’m now looking for somewhere else.

They told me to put my fingers in a bowl filled with ACETONE!! I didn’t know what that was and burned my skin plus fresh scars I had!!! They didn’t tell me what the bowl contains and now my skin and especially scars burn really bad. I asked if they can file my nails and put nail polish remover cottons on my nails and wrap it with foil. They refused saying it’s more harmful then an acetone bowl… Doesn’t make sense to me.
