I wish I had taken a photo of my nails when I’d had them done here, but they did a great job!! I showed my nail tech a photo of what I wanted done to prep for a wedding, and he got it down perfectly. There were studs in a straight line on several nails, and he had the steadiest hands and put them all in place just like the photo. I’ll definitely be back again.

The lady that did my manicure was very rude, I also got my eyebrows waxed, and walked out of their building crying because it was my birthday and she ruined my eyebrows, she blatantly told me “she can’t fix it”. After I was directing her on how to shape my eyebrows, but no she wanted to shape them the way she wanted to. It took everything in me not to go back inside and get my money worth.. 1 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I’m new to the Austell area straight from Houston and I was looking for a new nail salon. This one is literally down the street from my house so I went in there with High Hopes after reading reviews that were decent. I asked for Kelly because that’s who people recommended in the reviews that I read. She was pretty nice but after wearing my nails for 2 weeks and going to get a refill I discovered that I had a nail fungus growing under my pinky nail! This place is not sanitary and they will mess up your nails. Not to mention that she cut my cuticles on two fingers while doing my nails and did not want to apologize or acknowledge her mistake. Now I have half of a pinky nail after having to soak it off myself at home because I do not want them to touch it again! Please if you care about your health and well-being do not go to this nail shop! This place is not sanitary at all and the nail polish selection sucks! I am pissed about my pinky nail because now I need to start a new job and I don’t even know if I can get my nails done or what is left of it SMH

They need more training, techs, janitors just a whole new management as well as team! I will not be back for any services!So I’ve been going here for awhile but as soon as I wanted something creative on a Sunday it went down hill and pedicure techs are really good but the nail techs are horrible they only have about two great artist that sit directly in the front other than that everyone else is trash so if you’re looking for something simple then go but don’t go on a busy day they will rush you and your nails come out looking like trash….trust me, I’ve experienced it so I’ll stick to my norm tech and go to them for the pedicure onlyServices: Foot massages, Pedicure, Acrylic nails, Gel manicures, Nail artUpdate: I wouldn’t recommend no one going here! I’ve been going here for a few years and they were really good at one point . Customer service has weakened sense. I believe because that’s the only nail Parlor there they started treating the women any kind of way. Talk to you any kind of way. Style wise they are good , but most days so packed you’ll wait minimum of an hour and be there for 3. Trust me I know. Price is a little high

The Young nail tech had no clue how to do nails my nails were filed uneven, and into a shape of a moon when they were supposed to be square. I was so disappointed that I did not even allow her to finish I was willing to pay for her time, so I paid. Worst place ever
