Beautiful place. Staff was friendly. Man who did my nails was very quiet the whole time. I’m not much of a small talker to strangers so I didn’t mind this, but that quiet awkwardness may bother some. Nails look perfect and are exactly what I wanted besides my left index finger. It wasn’t smooth and had a big dip in it I noticed after I left. It has already chipped in that week spot on day two I tipped him $11 and I’m gonna have to go back just to get this one nail fixed. I have three toddlers and their father is working a lot right now so I don’t even know when I can make it up there again.

Amazing service here! I am now a loyal customer. Danny does an amazing job and picks out great colors! Price is a little high and they did start closing on Sundays, due to staffing issues, which makes it harder to get in, but overall the pedicures are amazing and my nails (dipped gel) last beyond the two weeks!

I just got a dip manicure done there yesterday. They are thick and uneven. The guy messed up 2 nails and said I did it while they were drying. He tried to fix it with gel. Got up this morning and the gel is already peeling off. I had them done for an event today so no time to get it fixed. Waste of time and money. I will never go back.

I’m new to the area and thought I would give this place a try. The lady who did my nail was very friendly and liked to talk. I really liked her. But she was to distracted with what was going on around her and not really paying attention to my nails. She was talking with other workers and was running behind so she was in a hurry to get my nails done. I didn’t like the way they turned out. I just feel they would of turned out better if she paid more attention. Probably won’t be going back. I’ll try to find another place around me.

Was my 2nd experience ever at a bail place. Very clean nice. Although I didn’t realize if u want a design on nails u needed a pic(I know I’m slow) but they was very patient and made my experience amazing. Will be going back and recommending them to others.

No wait with appointments…yeah that’s what you would think but I waited 40 minutes after my appointment time until a nail tech finally got with me. He was a sweet boy and did a good job with my nails. The place itself is pretty sleek and kept well. But this was my first visit, and it started off badly being kept waiting that long. I was treated as if I was a walk-in, and for that reason I probably won’t be back.

My go to nail salon had to cancel due to my technician being exposed to C-19. I called other places that I like but all were fully booked. I tried this place for the first time and was able to get a mani/pedi scheduled in 1 hour. Great! The place appeared to be clean, I had time to select a polish and then was ushered to my chair. I love their chairs. It worked out all the kinks, I didn’t like the seat being a massager too as that was awkward and uncomfortable. I either didn’t know how to work the chair or you can’t turn off the seat massager. Also I was looking to add heat but again I didn’t see that as an option. My nail tech was kind. He did make my toe bleed with the cutical scissors and when he used his fingernails on my toes and fingers to clear up any excess polish he really dug them in and it really hurt me. I would not call it a massage on the legs and feet as he didn’t really apply any pressure when doing so. And he wasn’t consistent from one leg to another. Also, he was moving his hands and arms up my legs so fast and lightly that to me I felt like it was being rushed. I looked at the other nail tech who was actually slowly massaging the legs of another client and I thought to myself, “now that’s how you’re supposed to do it”. For what I needed it worked but won’t be going back. My mani/pedi looked good though.

Booked an appointment online (only way available) for 3pm, knowing it would cut me close to being at a visitation/memorial. I left work early and showed up at 230 just in case there was a possibility of a cancelation.. ha joke was on me. 2 other clients showed up and were quickly signed in and taken by their technicians. Mine had to run and pick up their child at 3 and left. I wouldn’t have minded if I had been made aware of the situation but instead of telling me, they seated me at the station 10mins late and then told me what was going on- that my technician only lives like 15mins away and would be back shortly. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Will not come back again

I booked an appointment for my two daughters (5 and 15) and my wife to get pedicures and manicures. The staff was amazing and the salon was very clean. Sam was excellent with my five year old. Very patient and friendly. Jeanie and Damon took care of my wife and older daughter. They both were amazing. I would definitely recommend this salon.
