Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityFirst things first, I have been coming here on and off for many years. I always change nail techs to try different places, but at the end of the day I will always end up at nail cafe. Joy (the owner) not only accommodates to anything you need, but makes sure your experience is perfect. Stella, Joanna, all of the employees there are amazing. Kay, who I recently started getting my nails done with, actually listens to what I prefer and her attention to detail is exactly what I like. I feel comfortable there and I will trust Joy and her employees for as long as I am in New Jersey. First things first, I have been coming here on and off for many years. I always change nail techs to try different places, but at the end of the day I will always end up at nail cafe. Joy (the owner) not only accommodates to anything you need, but makes sure your experience is perfect. Stella, Joanna, all of the employees there are amazing. Kay, who I recently started getting my nails done with, actually listens to what I prefer and her attention to detail is exactly what I like. I feel comfortable there and I will trust Joy and her employees for as long as I am in New Jersey. I would recommend this place to anyone as it continues to be my go to.

Critical: ProfessionalismHad an appointment for a pedicure. Mind you- I’m 9 month pregnant and just trying to get my toes done before I get induced. I went into my appointment. A girl had started the process, then the owner made her help someone else. I asked the gentleman there if I could please have a woman do my toes. He seemed to want to accommodate me. And then the owner came. Apparently I had to specifically ask when I made my appointment. She refused to have a girl do my toes and told me I’d have to wait 10 mins. I didn’t want to stay. 2nd time I’ve had an issue with this nail salon. I asked her to dry my legs and feet and left. Went to next shopping center over to Unique nails- no issues! Nice management, friendly staff. Plain and simple- Go to Town Shopping Center to Unique Nails instead.Services: Dip powder, Pedicure, Gel manicures, Manicure, Acrylic nailsHad an appointment for a pedicure. Had an appointment for a pedicure. Mind you- I’m 9 month pregnant and just trying to get my toes done before I get induced. I went into my appointment. A girl had started the process, then the owner made her help someone else. I asked the gentleman there if I could please have a woman do my toes. He seemed to want to accommodate me. Manicure was started by owner and handed over to the same girl that did pedicure. No proper cuticles process was done. It was done after the gel nail polish was applied. I already had the nail filer..but owner said it was no good (only used it twice) and charged me for new one. All services prices have increased a lot so nail filer should be included…need to find new place !! Manicure was started by owner and handed over to the same girl that did pedicure. No proper cuticles process was done. It was done after the gel nail polish was applied.
