My appointment was at 4:15. Finally, around 5:00 I asked how much longer. She told me 45 more minutes because someone didn’t make it into work. I understand staffing issues happen, but to let me sit there for 45 minutes without letting me know it was still going to be a while longer was just ridiculous. 0/10.

All over their website it says walk ins are welcome. Even on their door. I walked in today and got denied service. I refuse to pay a deposit to book an appt online cause from what I’ve seen on their reviews (and the pics I’ve see ) I refuse to pay a deposit and end up not liking my nails. And if walk ins ARENT welcome, make that clear on your website and front door.

I asked for a layover in a certain style. The lady told me I had to have long nails for the style. She didn’t do the style. The guy had to step in and try to rectify her error. I didn’t get the style I asked for, I still paid full price. I have long nails I didn’t want. I’ll never ever be back. They didn’t even seem to care. I asked the girl over and over. She assured me it would be like the picture.
