This was by far the most terrible experience I’ve had yet. I was a nail tech for years and everything about this experience was off. I would’ve been better off staying home and doing my own nails like I normally would. I told Jamie I wanted tips, she continued to do scalps without letting me know the tips she had wouldn’t work. As she was filing them, my nails were flying off! As nice as I could, I took off all my nails in front of her and they just snapped off! When she was filing and applying I felt like I should’ve been doing it myself because it was so inexperienced and sloppy. Is she even licensed? How can you put somebody so inexperienced and sloppy in a salon like that? I have so many questions. Never coming back

If I could give this salon a 0 out of 5 I would. I do not recommend this place to anyone! I took my sister here for her birthday and it took Leacil 3 hours to do a full set of gel nails and charged me $60!! When we got home and I looked at them they were honestly the worst set I’ve ever seen, lumpy and sharp edges. Less than 12 hours later her first nail fell off. I called and spoke with the owner and she said she would fix them herself because their work is guaranteed for two weeks. I also got them to refund me $25. I have never heard of anyone charging that much for nails, high end salons in Appleton don’t even charge that much.

BEST NAIL Salon in town. Also has a massage therapist as well as a hair salon in the building with experienced stylist who offer many services including lash extensions. Definitely worth your time and money.

They never wrote me down as an appointment. I was a new customer who heard amazing things,. I called a couple weeks in advance to make an appointment. When the time came,. I walked in and she just stared at me like she was confused because she has no appointment scheduled for me. I explained and all she said is .I can give you my business card. Didn’t actually apologize for the misunderstanding or for the confusion.. didn’t try to reschedule or anything. I understand it’s ppossibl to forget to write down an appointment if you are busy but she didn’t try to make me feel more comfortable at all,. Instead everyone was staring at me like I was the forgetful person. This place may be the greatest of all time but I will never know because of how they treated me the first time , I will not be returning. It’s a principle thing.
