Amazing re fill by mung. I am extremely happy with the work and the atmosphere. Everyone was so welcoming and the place is beautiful. This refill only took an hour and the designs were exactly how I asked. Will definitely be returning Acrylic nails

I have been with Nail Box for at least 5 years. They are so nice and always did a good job. The owner is so nice and she always has her smile on her face. I never see any coloring issue or racism like the lady said below. I was there when the ladies were there. They were so disrespectful and all they need to ask just very simple just to remove the nails. The older lady even said sorry and please to remove her nails. Please people experience yourself, don’t judge or base on the reviews. Some of them are not real!!!

Yesterday was my first time going to nail box. I am happy with how my nails came out, but they do have some bubbles. Also, my nails were uneven and sharp, so when I got home I had to file them down to fix them myself. I would use nail box again, but would like to have my nails done by a different manicurist. Wow!! I recently found this place on google as I was yet trying to find my next nails salon. I moved to the area six months ago and tried over 5 salons and I FINALLY found my place! Loved it!!! I think the girls name is Rita, but they all seem to be amazing. This place is busy. She was very skilled and detailed. Prices are also affordable compared to the ridiculous prices most places charge around here.

This nail salon is extremely unprofessional. Specifically, the “boss” is extremely rude (and they rush people out constantly), I simply asked for my relative’s nails to be removed due to the nails lifting from the bottom after 3 days of having it. I’ve never gotten acrylic nails done before where the nails lift from the bottom of the nail bed like how their’s was was. It had been three weeks where other nails started lifting, so I came back and I explained this to her and she proceeded to tell me that I was “blaming her” and that “it’s not garantueed” to not lift, but how does that magically not happen with every other nail salon? She then washed her hands and flicked water on me and my relative disrespectfully. I honestly suggest that no person of color get serviced there. Simply put, I can see that they simply cater to people who are white. I just asked for the nails to be removed because it was painful. She got so angry and started yelling at us telling us to leave and get of her salon. When I just asked to remove the nails. This salon is truly a joke.

Called in for a manicure and pedicure. When I got there they acted surprised that I also wanted a pedicure, even though I made an appointment for it and the person on the other line repeated it back to me. Once she wrapped my nails in foil to take off current manicure which could of had more polish remover on it she asked me to sit in the pedicure chair. I asked to get my nails filed down and she barely did anything to the nail. I was better off her cutting them shorter. Once the pedicure was done she passed me off to the guy working there, there was clearly a language barrier because I had to explain myself multiple times and even have another person translate. Once he understood he proceeded to not pay attention to my nails and talk ALOT to his coworkers. Time to put the nail polish on and he dolloped about 5 coats on each nail along with about 3 coats of the clear polish. They looked horrible and got polish on my cuticles which he clipped dry. One week after and they are starting to peel. This has never happened to me in the 8 years I’ve been getting my nails done. Only from places that use cheap product and or do not pay attention to what they are doing. The coats of polish were not even and clean. I have bubbles from him putting on too many coats.
