Aside from them being busy, I was a walk in for a full set with a pretty articulate design. Jenny took care of me and ensured that she paid close attention to detail and took her time while doing my nails. It’s been a little over a week now my nails are still looking great! I am very satisfied with her work. I also was able to talk to her like I knew her forever!! So excited to find a nail tech willing to do designs and longer nails unrushed!!!

This was my second visit at this salon. The first time was not the best experience but i decided to give it another chance. There was no wait which was nice BUT my fill in is absolutely terrible. My nails are uneven, poorly filed and the polish is terrible, my clear coat doesn’t even cover my entire nail. Definitely would not recommend this salon.

This place insisted I needed every upgrade. I asked for gel polish and they insisted I needed my cuticles cut. No thanks. Then pushed dip. No thanks. My nails and toes were done at the same time. I don’t mind but wish they’d ask before rushing me. The pedicurist repeatedly stabbed me with his nail and I’m not sensitive. The regular polish didn’t match gel. I requested before beginning if they would find a closer match if they didn’t match as they often don’t and they said yes. I asked them to find a closer match when they didn’t. What ensued was 3 employees arguing loudly in Vietnamese. It was uncomfortable for all patrons. I was told if I wanted it to match I had to get gel. Leaving frustrated with a crooked yellow French pedi I didn’t want. $80 for a an experience that is less than spa-like.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI recently went here to get my nails done for my birthday. It was my first time visiting since I’ve moved to the pooler area. The customer service was great. I was able to show them a picture of what I wanted and they set me up with someone who could do it. Shoutout to Karen she did an amazing job. I recently moved to GA from NC and had my nails done at a local salon in Pooler. The service was good but the salon was disgusting and dirty. So for my dip powder fill in, I found another salon to go to with a decent rating. This salon was a terrible experience. So bad that after the woman removed my dip powder, I asked her to stop and said I was leaving. I went home and started researching ANOTHER nail salon. I found Nail Boutique and figured it can’t get any worse. I walked in and Julie greeted me and asked what I needed done. I explained the experience I had just gone thru an hour prior.
