The woman took advantage of a teenager who had her mother at another part of a nail salon and refused to do what she asked not once, not twice, but THREE times and then directed me to sit away while she finished up. I went in recently for a pedicure and while the staff was pleasant enough, their work and cleanliness of the shop wasn’t. While trimming my cuticles my pedicurist cut me, which would have been fine – accidents happen. I then looked down afterward and notice the bowl/tub I was just soaking my feet in is covered in mold. Needless to say, I now have an infection.

Three weeks ago was the first time I came to this nail salon. Ivy who did my nails was rude and had an attitude the entire time. And the Caucasian female that works the front desk has no idea what she’s doing. She had issues adding up my tickets and when I walked out the door. I realized that she took my gift card but never deducted the amount from my total. Today, I waited 1hr and 40 minutes just to get my gel polished removed. I kept reminding her that I still needed help yet she kept placing customers in front me. I definitely won’t be coming back again.

Granted I came in at 7:10 and they close at 7:30 but the whole staff had attitude! I’m sure they were talking poorly about me. They did my fill-in and pedi quickly and poorly. My fill-in was so thick that my nails looked pregnant. I won’t go back. I tipped well because I knew it was close to closing but if you want to be out of your shop by 7:30 close at 7.
