Nail Boutique Spa - Prattville, AL 36066

Nail Boutique is better than most nail spas that I’ve been to. I’ve been going to them for dip powder nails since August of this year. I’ve only had them chip once, which was recently, but that’s because the last nail tech did not dip all of my nails more than once. However, I went back and let the manager know. He did them over with 3 coats of dip powder. They seem to be holding up pretty well. So, the 4 stars is due to the one incident I had with my nails chipping. Overall, this is one of the best nail spas to go to for dip powder nails. You just have to pay attention to what they’re doing and speak up about your nail coatings and the shape of them and everything. They were quick and nice but GOOD GRIEF they clipped every bit of white tips off my toes and even made two of them bleed. They are so puffy and painful now. Not cute, very pudgy. Do not go for a pedicure. They did scrape my legs with the exfoliant but did not even rub the bottoms of my feet.

I have a health problem where my nails are super thin and I’ve been using nail salons for the past three or four years. Just moved to Prattville and tried boutique nails. From the minute I got there they let me know that I was not welcome and they would not work with me and actually set my hands to soak in acetone for 35 minutes. I mentioned to the lady that this was not good for my skin or my fingers because my nails were so thin and it was burning. She just decided to go help somebody else and leave me sitting there. When I said something to them, the lady and manager basically told me to leave. I wasn’t aggressive I wasn’t rude, but they were both. If you want to go to a shady place no Customer service and they lack the skills to do the job this is a place for you. Worse business in Prattville Alabama This is the way they left my nails.

It’s one of the most beautiful nail salons I’ve seen. they make you feel so relaxed and welcome like you are a regular even if your not. Amazing I will continue to only use Nail Boutique spa.
