i just got done there, and i asked for red (066) french tips, and showed them an in person example(family member with me) and they painted my whole nail red. and i’m too nice to make them redo it but i let the front desk person know they messed up.

I’ve never found a nail salon I wanted to go back to a second time or more. But, I love it here because the people are personable and friendly. It’s also reasonably priced. They do an amazing job! They take their time and do it right no matter how busy they are! I had a male both times and they have been the best nails I’ve ever gotten done! They do have women in there as well I just haven’t experienced them doing my nails yet because I’ve only been there twice so far but, I will definitely be going back! You don’t have some glob of acrylic with your nails so thick that you can’t do anything. They look so natural that I actually had people asking me if they were my “real” nails! While I was sitting there the second time I came back, almost every person that came in was remembered, asked about details that were happening in their family’s lives, (ex-is your husband feeling well now, one lady came in and was asked how her daughter’s leg was doing) I’m not sure what happened but just that they remember and make you feel important speaks volumes! It is very quiet in there is the only downfall there’s no background music going. They have movies on screen but no sound with them and that’s really the only complaint that I have! Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely go back over and over again!

Will never return to this salon! I’ve been coming here for 7 months. Their prices are never the same, they charge what ever they want. Between $70-$90 for a pedicure and fill. There is no pricing chart, what they do have is smudged. Today, I took my own Polish in and they still charged me for Gel polish….

Updated August 2022: Not a good choice for nail salons in Scottsboro. I arrived at 4:15 on a Thursday and there were 3 people doing nails while I and one other person waited. It was after 5pm before I was finally directed to the pedicure chair and it was 6:30 before my pedicure was done. I told them to skip the manicure that was supposed to come after the pedicure because I didn’t have time to wait. Very poor service. More alarming though was the owner or employee’s young son (maybe 10) who was riding around the salon on a scooter. At one point he stopped at the sink where they direct you to wash your hands before nail polish and he used the nail brush to clean one of his toys. When everyone was in the pedicure stations, I watched him go to a manicure station, open a bottle of nail polish and paint one of his toys. This is the same polish being used on customers! This salon previously had individual packages of sealed, sterilized tools for pedicures. Now they re-use whatever is at hand. This place is now a safety hazard! Not recommended!

They only had 2 technicians doing pedicures on a Friday so I waited an hour before they started on me. The tech was very sweet and funny! She did an amazing job on my feet and even repainted my big toe 3 times once because she messed up the French (total accident) and the next time I bumped it. She never gave me attitude or complained. Every thing was very clean all techs wore masks and doubled up on gloves.My only complaint was the wait to get a pedicure.
