Got my nails done last night for Halloween. The next day I wanted to go back to get my nails a white matt like the photo I showed her. Not even including she made my nails super short. So I thought fixing the white would make happy so I can at least go 2 weeks.

I was like so surprised when I went in the nail boutique it is really nice and big. It even has a chair for little girls to get there pedicure done it is hello kitty printed. Sam did an amazing job very nice the place was clean everyone checked out there was alot of women working and just one man who did a great job. Will be back for sure. I only got the gel nail manicure I was really sold when he gave me a hand massage I’m a cosmetologist so that was really needed!!!!

Very disappointed with the customer service I just received from this establishment. I paid for a full set 10 days ago (new full set, no removal, and also paid an extra $5 for coffin nail shape-which this is not). My nails started lifting 6 days in, but I was on vacation and did not arrive back into town until January 2nd. On January 3rd, the middle nail just popped off as shown in the picture. I have received several full sets, dip, etc over the years and know that this is not normal or standard for full set-and that if nails start to lift it is a problem with their workmanship. I called the nail salon immediately after the middle nail fell off, explained the problem, and he said I could come in the next morning. This morning I arrive and speak to the older gentleman that sits in the front left, only for him to look at me like I was trying to steal from him. I explained that the nails had lifted a week into the appointment, and that this one fell off last night. He told me that unless it was 4 or 5 nails, then it’s not their problem but something that I did (mind you, while belittling me in front of the entire store). I calmly explain to him that several of my nails started lifted 6 days in, and that this is not normal workmanship for acrycilc, therefore I did not feel like I should have to pay for it to be fixed-as other nail salons have stood behind and held themselves accountable for their work. Instead of answering my question, he shook his head furiously and walked away, saying that he had an appointment. I also had a 9AM appointment and asked if I would be seen. When I asked again if it would be covered as a courtesy due an defect in how the nails were applied, he finally answered my question- in front of other clients, and said no, that it would be $5. I have no issue paying $5-especially if there was something that I did wrong or did not take care of my nails-but the fact that this nail started lifting a week in and the poor customer service was not worth it for me. I kindly walked away and said-thanks, but I’m okay. Disappointed that they are comfortable treating customers with such poor service-especially when it was not due to my lack of care. Back to driving to Lake Mary to get my nails done to the standard that I’m used to, and with much better customer service.

After many failed attempts with trying out several nail salons in Orange City, I drive an extra 10 minutes to Nail Boutique and Spa in Deland to get my acrylic tips with gel polish and nail art, as well as my pedicures.

I’ve been here in the past for pedicures and always had Mary who I ADORE. She’s so gentle and sweet. This time I came in for a pedicure and wanted to get my fingernails done as well. An older gentleman did my pedicure first, his name started with a T, maybe Tommy. I can’t even describe how awful this experience was with him. I was flinching and obviously in pain and kept saying ow. He just kept filing away against the skin behind my cuticle. It was excruciating. Eventually he cut into my skin on multiple toes drawing blood and immediately sprayed alcohol on it and rubbed it, putting me in so much pain. I almost stopped him but I get very nervous when receiving services and didn’t want to say anything. He knew that he hurt me. He saw all of the blood on different toes. And he still kept filing against it. I was squirming in my chair! Almost in tears! Ive been uncomfortable sometimes but Ive been getting pedicures every month for the past 6 years and I’ve never experienced pain like this. Afterwards, I paid and he told me to have a good day and I asked who was doing my manicure and he didn’t even realize that was on my ticket. I waited for someone that could do ombré and I almost left because I was still in so much pain. I am so glad I waited because Kim completely turned my experience around. She did exactly what I wanted, even better than I imagined. She talked with me about what would be best, she took her time, was so sweet and so gentle. She offered me something to drink which just made me want to cry after how awfully I was treated. She was amazing. Kim and Mary are the nicest and sweetest ladies. After closer inspection in the car, I realized the man got nail polish flakes all over my toes and the cut on my big toe is so deep it was still bleeding 2 hours later. I’ll make sure to request in the future, because he almost completely turned me away from this place. If it wasn’t for him, this place would be 5 stars.

Beginning of this year, my Mom broke her hip, soon after, the femur. She’s done well with PT, but isn’t able to get into the pedicure chair … the manager recommended that I still bring her in for a treat … at least clipping, shaping & color change to feel good about her feet. They accommodated us by using a short stool & chair to pamper my Mom while she stayed in her wheelchair. We came back a week later for a manicure. SO NICE & CONSIDERATE❣️

First time at this nail salon, I have been looking for a new place. My nails are very short and other nail techs can never go all the way to the cubicle with the polish. The gentleman who worked on my nails was kind, showed patience and covered my nails completely. Coloring short nails is not easy. I am happy with my first visit and happy with the nail tech who worked on my nails.

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a salon. I hate complaining but this was horrible. I got acrylics and a pedicure. To start I wanted white gel but instead the guy insisted I get white acrylic powder. Which ended up looking decent except there was stuff like a little hair stuck under the top coat. They looked dirty. Which I pointed out to the guy but he just didn’t say anything. I tried making the best of it and went to get the pedicure. I told him I wanted all white gel. He started painting French tips and I said to him “wait I wanted all white” and he said “this pretty” and continued doing what he was doing. And he didn’t clean them up at all so they also didn’t look good. When I went to pay I tried to tell them what had happened and they gave me trouble, I ended up getting $10 off In conclusion don’t go here cause you’re not gonna get what u want.

I only EVER go to Lisa at this place. I love her and she listens to me and is extremely sweet. If you don’t like something, you can tell her and she fixes it immediately for you. I’ve been going to her for the last 3 years whenever i need my nails done. Recommend her!!! Acrylic nails
