Usually really great service from Phum. However, I did not have him today because he was busy with other clients. Today I went with my friend and while a woman did really good on his nails, I had a different older woman doing my feet. She seemed kind but really hurt my foot. I left there bleeding a lot and they charged me 21$ over what it should have been according to their prices listed. The nails turned out good but my feet are hurt really bad. How does $16+32=$69???? It doesn’t. And no, gratuity isn’t automatic ly included there. When I asked her why I was being charged an additional $21 she couldn’t tell me or give me a straight answer. Don’t go here unless you are seeing Phum. Picture is after I cleaned it. Also bleeding on my toenail line on my other foot.

First thought, very nice looking salon. I decided to get pink gel nails. When the tech applied the coating, it was a light yellow color. I told her that’s not what I asked for. She ignored me and continued, I became very upset. I explained to the tech and another tech why I was not pleased. I wanted them removed, little did I know, she had to submerge my nails in acetone..and file them down to remove.. That made my nails even weaker. (Took months to heal) this would have been a more appropriate way of handling it.. “APOLOGIZE, not charge me or at least charge me less for messing up” The worst experience and service I ever had. BEWARE!!

Shop wasn’t open when we arrived they all arrived then never said a word to us we were told to go to the sinks for pedicures then they asked us what color but we were already soaking. No body spoke English. I did request a specific guy Kevin who did a good job on my nails. My friend had a horrible experience she had the acrylic overlay but the boy acted like he had no clue.she us having pain on her nails overall never would we go back

Very disappointing. The man took about 15 minutes to do my pedicure. This was with the leg and foot massage. Cut my nails crooked and polish was put on sloppy. Did not do bottom of feet. Looked at them quickly, and told me they were ok. This pedicure was 24.00. The salon was dirty. I used their rest room, and had obviously not been cleaned iin a long time. A very bad experience. Did not complain, because they are hard to communicate with. Do not go there!

Critical: QualityLooks like my two year old painted my toe nails along with being cut while the man did them. My gel polish is lumpy and messy around the edges and is already peeling on my nails. I didn’t want to complain and still tipped but not worth the money and I won’t go back.

So November 8 at 18:30 I went in and asked if they would cut my toenails the gentleman at the front desk did not give me an answer a few minutes later the lady walks out and proceed to cut my toenails and then ask me do I have cash I tell her no she said don’t worry about it something that should have caused maybe five or $7 cost me $10 for less than 5 minutes worth of service. And then she proceeded to tell me that the prices on the menu don’t apply to men how sexist is that I won’t be recommending this place or returning

Saturday 11/07/15 9:05am and they aren’t open yet. 5 people Stand waiting. Not a good way to do business. I don’t recommend them. If you can’t open when you say you can then you can’t be trusted. I think its a reflection of your work quality as well.
