If I could leave a zero star I would. I went in for a 9 am appointment and was rushed through. I asked for a soak off of the acrylic set i went in with, a full new set, and a toe nail polish change. The nail artist Wendy immediately went to start popping off my acrylics using a nail tip. I then had to reask for my nails to be soaked off which she did not seem please with. While soaking my nails she went on to do my toe nail polish change and while doing so was very rough. I came in with glitter polish on my toes which I know can be a bit tougher to remove but can be done using nail polish remover. She used a buffer block and a nail file to remove some of the polish and while doing so continued to drag the nail file and buffer block across my toes despite me flinching because it hurt. She left old polish on the corner of the toes and then added the new polish. You can still see the old polish in the corners of the toe nails. After finishing my toes we then moved on to finishing the removal of the acrylics which I also was not pleased with as she seemed to leave a little bit of the old acrylic behind. She then started pulling tips on my natural nail and got glue all over my finged tips which she did no clean up at all throughout the service. While applying the new acrylic to my nails she made them very thick and they felt heavy. She then went on to use the electric file to clean up the acrylic on my nails and while doing so cut my finger multiple times causing one finger to become inflamed and very sore. The polish looks fine for the state of the acrylics but I am over all not please with my services. I paid $85 for my appointment and I left with cut up skin, toes that look horrible, and glue and acrylic caked to the underside of my nails. I will not be returning and I don’t recommend this nail salon to anyone and this is coming from a licensed and professional cosmetologist. The salon did agree to give me a refund over the phone and then when I arrived tried arguing with me and demanding to cut off my nails after I said I had an appointment else where to get them fixed.

Never again!! Tried them twice and both times their work lasted less than 24 hours. Went in Sunday, 22 January around 2pm for a basic manicure and pedicure for $90. By 7pm the “GEL POLISH” on my natural nails was peeling off. Unfortunately, I was going out of town before they opened on Monday and not able to go back in to get a repair. Money wasted! Stop rushing people through to get to the next dollar and you will have lasting customers.
