My husband and I were walk-in customers at about 04:30. We thought this would be fine since they closed at 7. We were patient as there were only 2 patrons in there at the time. One person left while the other stayed to get started on our pedicures. Once we were able to get done with our pedicures, I was told that I could come back tomorrow to get my nails done. WHAT? Why would I do that? Plus, i have to be at an event tomorrow, so I said that I would wait… I do not mind waiting for good service. She then started on someone else. Once she completed that person’s pedicure, she came back to start my nails. For the first time in a long time, I opted for regular polish….big mistake. My toes had ample time to dry, but my fingernails are another story. I did mess up two nails by hitting the fan and by knocking into the plastic barrier, so I didn’t mind the botched patch job on those two fingers as we were almost at the time of closing. She had the fan on my nails until she said that they were dry. For precautions, I still had my husband do the financial transaction only to get to the car and tap my nail to find out that they were not dry. I get home and blow dry my nails for over 30 minutes. After that, they seem dry so I move on to some other things. After washing dishes and I pull my hand out of the sink, I see messy polish like a 6 year old did my nails. Besides this,, i also did not get my eyebrows done like i asked. I am really disappointed and will never return even though this location is within walking distance from my home.

Great customer service, loved the pedicure and manicure I got. Will definitely go back!The only thing I was not thrilled with is that the regular nail polish chipped too easily, didn’t last a week. Definitely make sure to get gel if you go here

I would have given zero stars if I could have. But you have to give them one to leave a review. My husband and I both wanted pedis. Usually at the same time when you call ahead with appointments. They couldn’t do us at same time. But didn’t tell me when made appointment. So I am the only one that got one. I got the $65 pedi. It wasn’t worth $10.00. He rushed through it didn’t message at all. Was like a three year old did it. All he could do was watch a girl there and say she doesn’t know how. Paint job was ok. But nothing to brag about. I was in and out in and out fast. I will not be back.
