I thought this was a nice salon and Tina use to be so nice but maybe she was having a bad day. I went there a couple days ago and I usually let the guy tech do my nails but I took a chance with someone else, another lady nail tech and she somehow got nail polish all over my legs. The lady tried to use alcohol even after I told her I break out easily, and for some strange reason, not only insisted on using it but she tried to dry the polish on my leg with a UV light! I knew it was going to go downhill when Tina gave me a evil stare before the lady even started. The lady nail tech also kept bumping the gel UV light all over my toenails which caused it to mess up the polish. I had a French pedicure and asked if they could fix it after I paid and they told me it was either because of old nail polish or a chipped nail my and it couldn’t be fixed. I was about to report them to the management office but it was a Sunday so I went back into the salon and Tina told me it couldn’t be fixed until the next day, because they were “busy,” I told her I had to work and she didn’t care. The lady tech who originally messed up my nails, decided to fix it after saying it couldn’t be fixed and realized it was the polish she messed up. I decided to never go back to that salon ever again and for now on, I will be using a private nail technician. Nail boutique staff are extremely rude and disrespectful. I think Tina only pretended to be nice to me back in the winter because they were slow, now business is picking up because of the summer, she decided to show her true colors to be honest.

Literally the worst!!! They have the worst attitude and are so disrespectful! My nails were so uneven and when I told the lady she had an attitude with me and my nail polish color I told her to do 3 coats but she was acting like it was not her job to make the customer happy!!! This place is great! I got a gel pedicure and it lasted for over a month! Tina and Johnny really care about their clients!! I showed up late 30 minutes before closing and they were still willing to take me! Great people and great work.

This place is terrible! very rude and just disgusting people with disgusting attitudes and energy . they get mad and yell at you when you don’t like something and ask to correct it . Nails are all crooked and all different lengths and not properly filled in and all different shapes . The nail tech at table #2 threw the file and yelled “if you don’t like my shape then do it yourself “ This place needs to be shut down immediately!

Love love love this nail salon. Been coming for almost a full year,. They have great customer service. The workers make you feel like you’re getting your nails done at home. The environment is very relaxed. They take their time and pay attention to what you want. I never feel rushed through, even when they are busy. The price is worth it Also, every time I get my nails done they last up to 4 weeks and I’m always satisfied. Would totally recommend this salon to anyone!

Went there Friday, the woman that did my nails was horrible. I never saw her before, the gel is lumpy in spots, she tore my cuticle up & bleeding pretty good. All she said was oops and laughed. She’s lucky I didn’t reach under the pexie glass & punch her. She kept making dumb comments! I’ll never go there again, and the one woman that has been there awhile is always unfriendly, her husband is okay! These nail salons have no consideration at all, people like me pay good money and tip well. All I ask is take your time & do it right

During the pedicure the man totally forgot to apply the top coat on my one foot. Also, when drilling my nails for the acrylics the lady drilled my cuticle too much, making two of my fingers bleed. The nails barely lasted 2 weeks and the nails had numerous visible air bubbles. Yea ver don’t go here, bad service and horrible quality. Pedicure, Acrylic nails

I had talk to the male on table #6 about how every time i get my nails done its always some bubble or lines. So last time i was in he did a great job. I decided to go on Wednesday for refill and pedicure. The female who did my toes she removed the gel off because the LED light wasn’t doing the right job so she started removing it with a tool but she did not remove the whole color and instead paint it again and left if as it its right now. I am pretty disappointed and thinking on not going back.

Horrible customer service, we made an appointment came into the salon only to be greeted by a loud person in charge who was very rude and refused to even take my name for my appointment, she advised that they were all booked and pretty much dismissed me. I hope that when people see my post they realize that you are in the service industry to actually treat people with respect!!! I will never spend a dollar in this place !!
