The lady who did my nails stayed on the phone the whole time taking appointment after appointment and answering text messages. I have been coming here for the past year since I moved to Hackensack. They are accommodating, clean, and friendly. I get my nails and pedicure done. They are reasonably priced. Absolutely “H” HORRIBLE”. I waited 25 minutes to start service. Then the owner said chair #3. I sat in chair, chose my color white, the Spanish technician said get pink. I looked at the pink color and said no I want white toes. Then she places the callus remover on my feet; to start on another woman in chair #5. I waited another 25 minutes. My patience and feet started to burn. So I soaked in my feet and wiped it off! I offered to pay; they said NO it’s okay because the technician gave me a bad service! “H” is for HORRIBLE SERVICE IN HACKENSACK! H , Owner

The first time I came was fine and the lady treated me great but I’m here right now and I have never paid to feel disrespected how I do right now the man who was doing my acrylics messed up my nails and kept getting mad when I asked him to fix them then I told him my nail was crooked and he got mad at ME because I didn’t tell him to stop while he filing them crooked they we began arguing and not once did the managers acknowledge that this man was yelling at the customer then I was told someone else would fix my nail and not once did anyone apologize for his disrespect I’m still sitting here waiting and no one has said anything to me. The nails are also all uneven and different styles.

Went to this nail salon for the first time today. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised! Me and my husband have just recently left our old nail salon, so we are looking for a new place to frequent every few weeks. Peter did my nails and his attention to detail was fantastic! They held to my appointment time, and did exactly what i asked. He assured me that everyone there would do a fantastic job if we were to come back! Will definitely be making a trip back in a few weeks!
