She was so easy to talk to and I feel like we hit it off immediately. She took care of my nails in a way that no one ever had before and addressed all of my concerns that I’ve noticed as I transition back to my natural nails and deal with the damage done to my nails from other local salons. I’ve already booked another appointment with her. Highly recommend. I tried out Nail Boss today for the first time trying to find somewhere new to go and I absolutely loved Dashera and the gel manicure she did on me. She was so easy to talk to and I feel like we hit it off immediately. She took care of my nails in a way that no one ever had before and addressed all of my concerns that I’ve noticed as I transition back to my natural nails and deal with the damage done to my nails from other local salons. The people are nice….. my gel was put on so thin the broke off the next day. I did go back to get it repaired…. The same day three broke. They were filed so much my fingers as of this day so sore nails really soft it hurts to grab anything. The dry manicure was the worse my cuticles looked like I was picking cotton. And they were very painful. Will never go back

The customer service was great and I loved the atmosphere. However my nail experience was terrible. Went for a full set and was given a dry manicure for my cuticles. My cuticles have never bled so bad. My cuticles were butchered during this manicure, I was cut multiple times by a nail file and my nails are peeling and it’s only been 24hrs. Enjoyed the people but I will never go back for services.

My daughter and i decided to go here for a mommy/ daughter day and get our nails done. Then go to brunch. However upon getting there they immediately separated us to opposite sides of the room so we couldn’t chat while there. I think they did a wonderful job on my nails. They look beautiful. I just got them done yesterday, so we will see how long they hold up. However, it took her 2 hours to do my nails, and we had a brunch date to attend to. I’ve never been anywhere its taken 2 hrs, an 1 tops. So the time it took and the fact they separated us is the only reason I gave 3 stars and not 5. They are very nice and do an excellent job, if you have 2 hrs
